Thank you
Everyone's fed, bathed and in bed. I've cleaned and feel a bit better.
Having a cuppa and heading to lay down and read my book.

Meal plan is done and very similar to last week. Food shop done (includes washing powder, bleach and toiletries) £32.83
Expensive week
School paid £26.95 plus £2 snack. DD needs £14.17 next week for her trip. They are going to a Zoo she's so excited.
Sent the £30 I would have topped the meters up with to the bill account for the first Direct debit on Tuesday.
Need to make sure I keep train fare for Thursday and some for bus fares as can't afford a weekly pass this week for me and youngest. Have asked neighbour to collect the older two from school if I'm not back so they don't need to take time off and I don't have the expense of them coming. But I do have free coffee voucher which will make the day easier.
Think that's all that's mse related.

Oh no, sorry to hear about DS and his allergic reaction. I'm a nightmare allergy wise and have random reactions to random things with no set pattern. Sometimes strawberries, sometimes nuts. I've been tested at hospital and it came back nothing definite. I had a really bad reaction one year on holiday which was very frightening, swollen lips and bright red rash, never got to the bottom of it.
Enjoy your cuppa and reading your book xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hugs from me too. I hope you can sleep. xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

You could ask the GP to prescribe calamine for DS - it might turn him pink but it sure helps with the itching over here! Have a good weekend with a bit of rest and revitalisation.Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)

Morning WB
Hope you all had a good nights sleep. How's DS doing? Is the rash looking any better?
I try to buy one household thing every week if I can but it doesn't always work out like that and if DD moves back in with us shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll will definitely become a weekly purchase again :rotfl:
DS was at the zoo with school a few weeks ago and had a great time. We're lucky we've got 2 good ones near to us and also the safari park.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend. xx0 -
Morning
DS looks a lot better today
We aren't doing anything today. Just cleaning and the usual. Although the sun looks like it might come out so maybe we can squeeze some fresh air in.
Hope you all have a lovely day

Glad to hear that DS is a bit better today. I started with allergic reaction when I was about 16 - tiny blebs all over my torso that merged together into huge water blisters:itchy and painful. eek: Had it for years, intermittently, and then for some reason they migrated to just my legs! Never did find out what caused it, and it hasn't happened for the last couple of years . Hopefully the medications will work properly for DS, and he can enjoy the party tomorrow.
So sorry to hear that littlest has more problems. Lets hope that the new Specialist has some answers that will help.
((((hugs)))) to you all. XXXXI Believe.....

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy0
