I have given up on it being sorted tonight. It's to late to go that far now anyway. If they can't help in the morning I will pawn my phone until Friday and just top up locally like normal
I think I need to change to a supplier that's better now I don't have a huge debt with them.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
I know you've said DD has a machine to monitor her during the night so is there some sort of list you can go on for rapid response in the future?
A family member works for UU and they have a list of people on dialysis etc that get priority treatment if water goes off or is contaminated.
Regardless of all that the fact they've not got back to you is disgracefulxx

When you change supplier you must re-register as a priority customer. With a child with medical needs under five you qualify. With means tested benefits you also have a right to a free check of your appliances every 12 months if I read the Ofgem link correctly linkSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2226.88/£3000 or 74.23% of my annual spend so far
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread
My new diary is here0 -
Glad it's all sorted WB
There's never a dull moment is there
Hoping today is run of the mill for you all

Thank you
SF I don't have a child under 5 anymore which I think is why I wasn't a priority anymore. However they are now aware of the equipment and medical needs etc. Thank you.
Tea it's my own fault reallyI really pushed it last week paying enough to catch up on everything when really I should have been caught up this week
So I left myself a lot too short
