Hi WB
Wishing you and the smalls a belated Happy Easter. Do you have to go every day to have the burns dressed? Hope you've all had a great day. xx

The burns must be pretty bad to have to have them dressed and need painkillers and antibiotics. How on earth did it happen? Hope they heal soon anyway xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

So sorry to hear you’ve had a nasty burn. Hope it’s healing well.

I'm sorry to hear about your hand. I hope it heals quickly and that you got to eat some chocolate to help in the restorative process!
I hope the smalls had a visit from the Easter Bunny as well.

Morning
Yeah Tea everyday for dressings changed for now. Hoping it will go to less as soon as possible. The smalls aren't impressed with the walkIt was hot oil SA.
Today's plans are to go to the hospital appointment. Then come back and get everything ready for school. I think it's done but will double check. The sun is still shining so I'm sure we will get outside at some point.
Hope you all have a lovely Monday

Morning WB
That's a nuisance having to go every day but better to do it than it get infected.
We're all ready for back to school tomorrow as well. It's summer uniform now which is a polo shirt instead of shirt and tie so that'll save a few minutes every morning :rotfl: Was working out last night there's only 9 days before Bank Hol, then only 14 before the May half term. Are these kids ever at school
Hope you all have a lovely day and enjoy the weather. It's been gorgeous for a school holiday hasn't it. xx0 -
Oh I didn't realise it was such a short term Tea! I haven't done our countdown yet.
Smalls are playing outside and I'm sat with a cuppa. How I can have a headache when I have enough painkillers to be shaking I have no idea but I do! So feeling sorry for myself
DD has 2 school trips coming up, they've just been added to my parent account. That's £33  Always something.
Hope you're all enjoying the sun

Have to say I was a bit surprised the next week off is only 1 month away. Then after that it's just 7 weeks before the summer hols - it'll be here before we know it.
There is always something with children and of course you'll be multiplying that by 3Is DD2 still going to school or did you decide to home-school her or are you still weighing it all up?
Hope your headache has eased off a bit. xx0 -
Randomly school text me and I don't have to cover the school trips for DD. That's a relief.
Tea I still havent unregistered her. I want to homeschool her but I'm worried about being able to cover the costs. I have a few months to decide as she's got authorised absence right now until the end of this school year.
Everyone's in bed
I'm going to have some painkillers and make a cuppa then I think the sofa is calling my name

Excellent news about the trips
If there's no pressure for DD to return to school until the new year starts I'd pop it to the back of your mind for now and leave her registered and your options open.
I feel like I'm always saying thisbut the DLA might be sorted then so if it's finance that's holding you back, you might be in a better position to decide.
Another 3 hours before I can even think about DS going to bed. It's been 10pm for years but he gets up fine so it must be his natural sleep pattern.
Enjoy your cuppa. xx0
