It was foggy this morning but cleared up by lunchtime. Hope DS enjoyed his trip and that you're not feeling too anxious waiting for him to return. How is DD2 getting on at school this week. Is she any more settled? xx0

Thank you sorry forgot to come back, I ended up going for a walk and then was nearly late for school  I wasn't late though.
DS had a great day and was back late. Said it was amazing, very muddy when he arrived back though!
Got all my chores done, smalls fed and bathed. They are all in bed now.
Didn't meal planWill do it in the morning.
I'm meeting someone for a coffee again tomorrow in town but will walk there/back so will only spend on a coffee (Although it might be paid for by them)
I have more to update budget wise but the kettle just boiled so making my cuppa and hot water bottle first.

One day the other things might fit into this but right now I'm not ready to open them boxes. Hope that makes sense. I will continue to go now though - without keep cancelling and putting it off. I feel like I need it now more than ever.

Hi W, you're doing great - big thumbs up. :T
I'm glad you're finding the counselling useful & that it's helping you to make constructive changes (or at least feeling able to start thinking about them). :j
I know that most of my immediate family including me, have had/are still having MH problems, it's by no means a rare thing, just not really talked about.
It's also different for different people & that's why no one can or should judge how a person handles their MH issues. By all means they can be supportive but the judgemental attitude of "Well I would do so-and-so" "What's wrong with you? What do you have to be depressed about" "How could they do/not do this/that/the next thing" is not helpful.
No one can understand how they would react in any given situation until they're in it, so why judge someone else? Unfortunately it seems to be the prevalent attitude for some people.
By the way have you tried the egg/butter free chocolate cake recipe Cherryfudge posted quite a few pages ago yet? I made it today & it was lovely. :j Thanks Cherry. :T:T My wee DS thoroughly enjoyed licking the spoon & then eating a piece of the end result. I put apricot jam in the middle. :drool:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £10,546, Car loan CC 0% BT £5200.
