    Debt
    Council Tax [STRIKE]£375[/STRIKE] £350 (£25 paid)
    Rent arrears [STRIKE]£1545[/STRIKE] £1495 (£50 paid)
    Credit card £150***

    [STRIKE]Total £2070[/STRIKE] £1995

    Bank balance £78.24*

    Food budget £15** (£1.62 spent)

*bank balance. Includes £88 I didn't have/expect when I did the budget So over the next 6 weeks £14.50 a week extra. [STRIKE]Plus there is £5 for electric although I do think we will need to put this on before Friday[/STRIKE]

**Food budget is now £17 a week going forward :) Much healthier than the £5 it was :)

Credit card statement in. Was produced Friday and I missed the email :o Interest took me £13.66 over limit again so have paid this which I think covers the min payment but now I will be overlimit again next month when the £12 charge for going over the limit and interest goes on :o So will try and shuffle some extra to here before the next statement is produced. Back to £150 owing.

Had to nip for teabags £1.29 spent. Also put the £5 on the electric so I could pay on my card/and it was needed anyway. £10 isn't realistic :o

Wannabe, there are all sorts of flavours of 'clever' - and not all of them are any use with smalls, I wouldn't let some of the academics I've worked with look after a goldfish! You are clearly thinking it through with her best interest in mind and that's the most important thing.

Re home schooling: If daughter is so upset at school, is she learning much/anything there anyway? Go for it.

Those numbers are looking far better than they did at the beginning of the week. Do you think you'll be able to pay more off the CC next month so that it starts to go down rather than getting caught up in just paying interest and charges?

I wouldn't be too nervous about the childminding. Is it a one off? Be careful though, I bet they won't want to go home when they see all the fun you and the smalls have :) x

Thank you for the comments about Home Ed really going to look into it this week and make some calls.

The watching of neighbours child is just a one off. Their school isn't back until Tuesday and the school she works in is back tomorrow like my smalls.

The credit card I don't have a plan for :o To pay anything off it will have to come from the food budget for at least the next 6 weeks :o  So just winging it for now :o not very MSE.

All organised for tomorrow. Still can't believe the holidays are over :( 6 weeks until the next half term :D Countdown made and up on the wall :)

All the uniforms done, think DS will need new trousers soon and the girls tights. Have sewn the tights and hem on DS's trousers but he's nearly through the knees and I'm sure the tights have more stitched places than not now :rotfl:

Just having a cuppa and watching dancing on ice then I'll head to bed myself

I have no choice PB I think we will struggle tomorrow to all be ready and out the house for 8.30am :o Especially looking decent and not like we've rolled straight out of bed and onto the school run :rotfl:
