    I didn't make it to town :o:o

However I have rearranged my appointment for Monday and I WILL go. I'm pushing it close to time of other appointments if I don't go. So Monday afternoon I have to go.

Have spent the morning organising cupboards, building a wardrobe and things. Have some baby things to drop at the refuge this weekend.

We are all ready for painting in my room now. Tempted to get the paint so we can do it this weekend. DS has gone for his hair cut so not a NSD but it needed doing.

School have granted leave for smalls for 15th. Now I need to find outfits for them, also need some bits of uniform so might do it all together and get it out the way. My outfit came today and it's awful so will drop that back into Next on Monday too. Back to the drawing board for that. I hate trying to find something to wear.

Nothing much else to report I don't think. Nothing interesting happening :o

    Morning :)

    I didn't get the paint. I didn't actually do anything :o

He is working overtime today so just me and the smalls this morning. DS is still in bed! :o I don't know if I should wake him or leave him.

We are going to spend the weekend finishing the organising again though. Some things need swapping around to make it work better.

I say all this but I have been up hours now and still haven't done much other than the basics :o My list for things to get done in town on Monday is now huge! But I have found the girls dresses £12.99 in TK Maxx so will pop in for them. I have no idea what DS will want to wear - he's worse than the girls honestly! Need to look for some white shoes for youngest. DD has some already and they both have cardigans that will match dresses. I think I'll look for a shirt in town and just wear it with trousers/shoes etc I already have.

Today I need to top up the electric and gas but should be no other spends. I have lots of food in but no real plans as to what meals it will make. I need to do this before I do any kind of shopping!

    Morning :)

    Busy day today!

Have visitors this morning, then off in to town once I've collected youngest from nursery.

I need to take a parcel back to Next, pop in Tk Maxx for girls dresses. Then onto my appointment, then find something for myself to wear and youngest some white shoes!

Will probably be quite spendy, have taxi fares and have promised youngest I will take her for a coffee (she doesn't have coffee :rotfl: but she loves going)

It's all planned for though. Oh and I need cards for birthdays etc. I think I need to write a list :o :rotfl:

Just had a quick catch up WF - EE & Suffolk lass (as well as many others) talk much sense on the relationship stuff. If the pace is too quick then you have to say as much and demand that things slow down - relationships - whether new or rekindled, need to move at the pace that is the slowest that is required, not either the fastest or even a compromise between the two speeds, otherwise one party will always feel overwhelmed and that's not healthy. If pressure is put on in spite of the assertion that things need to slow, then in my view that would be a sign that things aren't right.

Remember also - ultimately if you are happy, then so will the smalls be. If you're not then regardless of what's going on in their individual worlds, they will not be totally happy and that will surface at some times. This is where the argument that people use about "doing things for the good of the children" often falls down.

You'll find a way through - just try not to get hung up on "shoulds" on the way though - "shoulds" are terribly over-rated! ;-)
