Hi WF
Just spent as couple of hours catching up. Sorry I haven't popped in for ages.
Here's something to ponder on - decisions are hard to make when you are emotional. Unfortunately the important decisions tend to have to be made when we are emotional.
Whichever decision you make will be made for the good. But even if you don't think you have a right, you do. So the good has to be for ALL of you. You are the lynchpin so your happiness is vital.
If you do a pro's and con's list, I would suggest you also note down what each will add or subtract to your lives. So, for example, sharing childcare, would mean you had fewer demands on your time. However there might be several ways this could be achieved. I hope you can understand what I mean because I haven't explained it very well at all.
Take care honey, I promise to pop in regularly

I have some things to eBay, although friend hasn't really been in contact lately who's account I was selling on. Maybe I will ask mum  Not sure yet. Only a few items but every penny helps.
I've given in tonight and the smalls and their Dad are having take away for dinner. I'm too tired to disagree
They are in the bath then can have take out and a story before bed.
I need to go to town really tomorrow. I've been saying it for nearly 3 weeks
I've been playing with spreadsheet numbers again for far too long. I can't decide how to balance the debt repayments/overpayments and getting the things for the house. I feel guilty spending on the house when I have debt.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
Well the good thing now is that you only have the two debts.
You are in a much better position than you were.

Morning,
Smalls Dad not in work today so he can come to town with me (force meto go)
£26 to council tax and £25 to rent arrears today. Some other bits and pieces paid and all the normal bills done for another week. £40 sent to EF.
Need to meal plan and do a grocery shop. Also need cleaning/toiletries. Still an area I'm unsure of a reasonable budget.
I'm still feeling low and struggling to keep up with how fast things are moving in real life. I had a chat with a friend last night. Still doubting whats going on but feel I have to try this way and give it a go. I think I need to make sure I'm giving it 100% for it to be a true test, it is however moving at a pace I feel is too fast.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -

If you are not happy with the pace, you need to say so hun. You have seen this before and it didn't end well. The nightmare of changing all your benefits to reflect him being there is reason alone to make sure you are sure, let alone the emotional impact. You matter too, it isn't just other people xSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £10,020.92 out of £6000 after September
