The rent arrears are 'joint' including the court costs.
It's me that would be made homeless though if the arrangement isn't stuck too not him.
He is helping in other ways right now though so I won't rock the boat.

You can do it! Don't pressurise yourself to do it at the cost of setting your health back, though. Easier said than done, I know. xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
