I'm writing last week off totally and just trying to make it so it doesn't need to happen again.

Beanie it's Slimming world's diet cola chicken. Will get a link in a mo but it takes longer than they say to cook it down! I usually put the rice into it so it soaks up some of the liquid. I also just use any peppers/peas
because I'm rubbish at following recipes :rotfl:
https://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/diet-cola-chicken.aspx
But we do prefer this but again takes longer to simmer down for me. It might just be me though

There's a rotation of pans going on. I don't have enough to do it all at once :rotfl:
Soup is left on to keep chucking the cuttings into.
All mince things cooked and cooking in trays ready to freeze. Having a cuppa before heading onto the chicken things next. Baking will be tonight I think I'm tired
I love being organised but I am strugglingI just have to remember tomorrow night I will be glad I got it done!
Smalls are outside playing. The sun is out (even if it is still cold) The sunshine makes everything seem a little better doesn't it

Finally bedtime. For me as well as smalls I think
Well after the oven has finished. Have ALOT of meals made and in the freezer now. Along with alot of soup.
Have made salads up, along with slicing the cooked meat/mixing Tuna and boiling the eggs.
There's cereal/toast/fruit for breakfasts and I still have things to make pancakes/porridge if I can.
Soup/salad/sandwiches for lunches
Meal plan to stick too for dinners.
Snacks are muffins/cake/flapjack and cereal bars. Wanted to make some biscuits but I'm not doing anything else now.

The sun was lovely, it was even quite warm through the window :rotfl:
Seeing as today has spends anyway I've ordered some coat hangers so I can organise more of the smalls clothes. I still don't think I'll have enough though
Have some clothes to pass on but I don't have a neighbour with small ones that can take them now  Need to see if the charity shop is taking donations again yet. If not I'm sure there will be someone. The local refuge doesn't take older ones clothes.
It means my list of things needed for the smalls have grown though
I'm definitely done for today now though. Hot water bottles made and on the sofa I will stay :rotfl:“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0
