It is a huge relief Beanie, I was worried about it being handed over to the bailiffs.
I need to food shop tomorrow, meal plan and stop with the takeaway/easy freezer foods
It will still be quite simple but at least healthier and cheaper than the last few weeks.
I think I'm pretty organised for DS's birthday and have most sorted. I've also ordered a new kettle finally.
DD has lots of new clothes from birthday gifts so I think she's mainly sorted in the next size now. Will sort her smaller things out to pass on to someone. Youngest won't wear anything other than leggings/tops where as DD is very much a dress and all things girly :rotfl:
Have made a list of 'needed' clothes for the girls to pass on to the next person who is going to Primark. Just basics to last.
Considering giving up on shoes though and just paying the extra and going to Clarks. It's so hard to find anything to fit the girls.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -

Morning (just
)
Hope everyone is well.
Today's plan is food shop now I've done a meal plan, the house is clean and the smalls are fed and playing. I need to jump in the shower and get ready to venture out. The weather is rubbish though!
Tonight I want to batch cook some meals from the meal plan so we can follow it more this week.
No more debt payments today, I don't think there will be much movement in that sense until Friday again.

Great news about the council tax :T Glad DD enjoyed her birthday."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Morning
It feels like afternoon I've been up so long
:rotfl:
Grocery delivery arrived just before 6am  I was his first drop and he was a bit early. Good job I was dressed :rotfl:
£61.26 on groceries although £22 wasn't mine. Too early to work out was£40 say.
Meal plan done and I have a day of batch cooking today
Spag bol
Lasagne
Cottage pie
Chilli
Soup
Casserole
Curry
Also have the things for garlic chicken/diet coke chicken/fajitas and roast dinners. I make all these at the time though.
Going to bake snacks and treats too with enough to freeze.
We are stocked up on fresh things so plenty of veg/salad/fruit/milk and yogs.
Hoping to get it all done today so the plan can be followed even if I feel rubbish. We spent a stupid amount last week on takeaway/last minute things from the corner shop to make life easier. I think my prime now order was over £60 on a load of junk food
I'm writing last week off totally and just trying to make it so it doesn't need to happen again.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
You sound super organised, well done :T.

You did what you had to do to get through a tough time when you were too unwell to do what you normally do. Don't beat yourself up for that.
