Hi girls thanks for the support. I'm going to do the 3 day diet on Monday, tuesday and wednesday, I know it's not really healthy but it'll give me the kick start I need, from Thursday onwards it's healthy eating.

All's going OK ish with J. I still don't know how he feels and I don't want to push it by asking him. If I'm completely honest I don't know how I feel. Have just been sent a hug on facebook from holiday man and that's thrown my emotions all over the place again. I'd sort of drawn a line under him and got it in my head that we won't see/speak to each other again.

I'm just going with the flow of things and seeing where life takes me.

E-bay slow this afternoon, got lots of things ending and I'm hoping to make a little bit but maybe everyone's out having fathers day lunch!

E-Bay been really rubbish this afternoon, not made an awful lot at all. I have updated my sig though and it's looking pretty healthy. Have also had £60 tracked on QUidco £10 for a bingo site and £50 for my car insurance. I haven't counted that in though as I only count money that hits my account in this specific month.

Am going to try and get an early night again tonight. A neighbour had a letter delivered to her house yesterday which she passed onto me this morning. The letter was addressedto my dad who died nearly 20 years ago and the letter was telling him that his grave stone was not up to H&S regulations and had to be sorted within the next 6 months. Even though my dad been dead for 20 years, it still hit a nerve with me especially as today is fathers day. Don't know what to do with the letter now, I'll have to pass it onto my mum, but as she's off on holidays with a group of her friends next Saturday I dont want to spoil it for her. I'll probably have a chat to my uncle (my mums brother) and see what he suggests.

Well considering I saved that woman's life on e-bay by selling her the item I had for sale she hasn't paid for it yet. She not only beat me down to a ridiculous price but she also wanted me to send it first class post tomorrow. Oh well, no payment no posting.

Hiya hun, so sorry to hear about the letter re: your dad. Bad timing for sure.
Hope you're ok.
If you don't get payment soon from ebay woman just contact her and give her a specific date to pay by and let her know you'll be relisting if it isn't paid for by then. At least you've warned her and it doesn't leave you hanging on waiting for payment. I expect you could do without this at the moment hey hun?
Why not post your menu plan on your diary GR.
Also 'holiday man,' just smile and maybe leave it at that? GR you've got too much going on in that head of yours for more complications

Thanks Diz, you made me laugh this morning.

I'm not going to bring holiday man into the equation again. When I needed him he couldn't even speak to me on the phone whereas J was here like a shot, OK so holiday man gives me butterflies but he's unreliable and not around for the majority of the time. Johnny Depp gives me butterflies when he's dress as a pirate but I cant have him so I'm going to keep that in mind.

J phoned me yesterday from his mums house and said that he'll take me down there one day soon. I already know his mum so it's not as if he's taking me to meet her. Wonder what's in that mind of his?????

As for e-bay she's promised to send me a postal order today. I'm going to e-mail her tonight and tell her it's going to be relisted on Saturday if payment not received. I've been looking at her feedback and it seems that every now and then she pulls a stunt like this and gets negative feedback, typically it had to be me she pulled it with!

As for the diet, today is the BHF diet where I eat very little and what I do eat is awful combinations. Its harsh but I've done it before and it gives me the boost I need to keep going.

Breakfast
1 small orange, 1 slice dry toast with peanut butter

Dinner
1 slice toast with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and an apple

Tea
3 oz chicken, Green beans and carrots
small amount of vanilla icecream

Haven't found the diet too bad today, have drunk loads of water and that has helped fill me up.

Not had any sales on e-bay today so feel a bit down about that. Have listed 2 new items so I'm hoping that they'll go. Am seriously thinking about doing a car boot sale to get rid of the items I can't sell, will give it some more thought and maybe find a local one I can go to.

Am really hating work at the moment, feel like phoning in sick and having some time off but that's not my style. I don't know what it is that's getting me down I just don't want to be there.

Am going to try and have another early night tonight because if I'm awake I'll only be tempted to eat:)

Oh GR what has J got in mind?? Very interesting...
Now you know what's the matter with work. When 'you know who' isn't in you have a much better day. I think something really needs to be said in stronger terms, not by you but HR should be doing something about it. How frustrating for you.
I've only sold one item today too hun. Really annoying.
Glad you're not interested in 'holiday guy' He wasn't right for you, you deserve much better than him.
Hope you have a better Tuesday. If you had a mega blow out with her do you think she'd calm down? Sometimes they're like bullies and once someone stands up to them they back off. I know it's not in your nature but you can't carry on like this. You'll make yourself poorly and why should it be you suffering?

Thanks for the suport Diz, trouble is I've got a viscious temper, it takes me ages to lose it but when I do I kick, scream and fling. I't only going to me me and her in work next week and I'm absolutely dreading it, I think this is half the trouble wit me I'm anticipating what it's going to be like next week.

Good news is that I've got up this morning to 2 e-bay sales and I survived the first day of my diet. Todays menu plan looks like this:

Breakfast: 1 dry piece of toast and 1 egg

Lunch: 5 crackers and cottage cheese, banana

Tea: 2 hot dog sausages with green beans and peas. vanilla icecreasm and 1 banana.

Not a fabulous menu but it's doable. Also been on my exercise bike this morning so hopefully the exercise will also help. I'm so desperate to be backin a size 12. Am curently a 14 but bordering onto a 16 so I know something needs to be done sooner rather than later. I must admit, I think I'm in the right frame of mind to diet so hopefully will be able to stick to it.

Survived another day in work but I am soooooooo hungry. Got the tea cooking as I type. Why does it have to be so hard to diet?

Not sold a thing on e-bay today but I have had two questions about one item I've got listed so hopefully that item will sell, it's not ending until tomorrow though!

Had a quiet day so not very much to report. Hope everyone has had a good day though. x

Hi GR well done on the ebay sales. I've sold a couple today and been paid from one, awaiting payment from one and cash in the post, from another. So happy with that.
I won't become a millionaire but still...
You're doing great with the diet. Don't forget to have a nice bowl of salad made up in the fridge for when you get the munchies and if it helps, make a tasty pan of veg soup. Keep it on the hob and just warm up when you want something filling but healthy and calorie free.
Don't be thinking about that silly woman in work until the day comes, it just ruins your free days and gets you upset. Ruddy cow!
Fingers crossed you get some more sales.

Thanks Diz, only sold one item today and that was a knitting pattern so not much profit there.

I must admit I thought I was going to cave in on the diet today, somebody came back from a break in belgium and brought some chocolates into work. I resisted temptation all day. I could have had just one but I know that one leads to 2 and so on so I didn't bother. Got day 3 of the 3 day diet tomorrow and even though it's been harsh I know it'll be worth it. I just need to be strict and count my caolries from Thursday onwards. Tomorrows menu is:

Breakfast
5 crackers and one slice of cheddar cheese, apple

Lunch
One piece of dried toast and one hard boiled egg. Melon

Dinner
3 oz chicken, peas and green beans. Small bowl of ice-cream.

Can't wait until Thursday, even though I'm still dieting, I can choose what food to eat so I'm going for a stir fry with chicken strips for my tea. I can't wait!!!!!
