  • Hope the witch beaves herself today just one day to get through

Good idea about having a piggy day and heathly snack about, all too easy to grab one of the naughty treats.

The day started out horrendously. I really didn't want to go to work, could feel the tears at the back of my eyes as I was driving there but I managed to keep it together and finish the day intact.

Got home to an Amazon sale and 2 e-bay sales a letter from the company that are trying to reunite people with lost bank accounts to say they may have found an old account of mine with money in it. WOuldn't it be fab if it contained millions of pounds (I'm sure I'd have remembered having that amount of money though)? Have also just had a telephone call of J to say he's popping up tonight. :D So the day has turned out quite well after all.

Have stuck to my diet quite well today and not cheated. I am a little peckish now, even though I've had my tea, so I'll have to calculate my points for the day to see if I can have anything else tonight.

Have had three and a quarter hours sleep an am absolutely shattered. Had to get up early as mum is going on holidays today and I'm taking her to the bus that's taking her.....

Have got 6 e-bay/amazon parcels to post off his morning and re-listed the item that he byer never paid for. they've ended up with a strike against them and they are not happy. They've e-mailed me and asked if I'll remove the strike but I don't see why I should. Lots of people sell on e-bay as they need the money and to wait for over 3 weeks for payment is unacceptable.
Also if this was the first time they had done it then I'd have given them the benefit of the doubt but they appear to have done it before.

Haven't worked out a diet plan today but once I drop mum off, I'm going to pop to the local supermarket for a few odds and ends and draw up a menu. The weathers not that good here so I'm going to try and get everything done this morning and maybe have a little sleep this afternoon.

Well Im still going. Haven't managed to have a sleep today and I'm really starting to feel it now. Have done really well on e-bay today, had 2 major sales and found myself with a profit of just over £90. Also just won £49 on the lottery so not a bad days work after all.

Am going to have alook round here for a while then it's off to bed for me.

Have had a lovely sleep and am feeling much better for it. Was going to go to bed early last night but ended up on the phone for an hour so didn't get to bed til gone 11. Have woken up this morning to a little sale on Amazon so I've packed that up. Have also got 20 items ending on e-bay today so hopefully one or two of them will sell.

Am off out for a late lunch today, just me and DD going though, DS wouldn't be seen dead out with his mum having Sunday lunch and J is planning on a productive day tiling his bathroom floor :(

Hoping to go about 2.00ish and making our way to the Harvester lots of salad for me!!!!!

The house is like a tip but I just don't seem to want to do anything. I'm so dissatisfied with living here lately I've just got no looks on the place. I really have got to get a grip and at least clean.

Be back in between jobs, going to do the bathroom and the kitchen now and be back before I do the dining room and living room :)

Have just got back from having lunch out. Called in to see my cousin as well (haven't been eating all this time) and have updated my total for June. I can't believe how much I've made. I'm really really thrilled with it. I'm hoping to get away for a few days in August, just a long weekend or a Mon-Fri deal somewhere. WOuld really like to go abroad but I've got DD going to comp in September and I don't want to be short getting her new uniform. I need absolutely everything for her and DS will also need to have nearly everything renewed. I best keep some money for that.

Not sold anything on e-bay today which I'm a little disapointed with, I have still got some items ending tonight but sadly no watchers.

Have done pretty good in the house today, have thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and dining room and given the living room the once over. Feel a bit happier now that I'm living in a clean house LOL. My front room is still like a tip though, all the e-bay stuff is in there along with boxes I've picked up along the way. Even though I'm selling loads, the pile doesn't seem to be going down!!!!!
  • Wow sounds like a great day and month. Hope you can budget a break sometimes Europe can be just as cheap as the UK so price it up. Just think if you could have a July like May and June.

Uniforms especially comp will cost a bomb so I think you are wise preparing for that. My kids have all had growth spurts this year so my £200 clothes budget hasnt stood a chance even with ebay, carboot and freebies from friends.Just brought some trousers for Mr T for the girls, DS should be ok for trousers until he makes holes in them but desperatly need new school shirts that are yellow, not easy to find plain versions of and about £7.50 each from the school. All ours have various paint, pen and other lovely stains on them the kids look so scruffy.

I'm not giving up the hope of a holiday abroad, but I will only bok one if I have the full money to pay for it and enough for spending money and enough for uniform. I am so determined not to get sucked back into the credit cards again. I'm waiting patients to hear from Lloyds bank, apparently according to the Bankers association I have a dormant account with them and they are going to contact me in due course. Chances are that the account is a joint one with the ex and I'll have to give him half. Have not banked with them for years and years!!!!! Whatever money they owe me it's better in my bank account than theirs.

I'm also trying to claim back unfairly sold PPI from Welcom finance but don't hold much hope of getting anything back from them though.

Oh my giddy aunt GR what an amazing total...blimey that is fantastic. Well done :T
You really deserve some time away hun. Recharge you batteries and some chilling out time.
Sorry J couldn't make today. There'll be other times. At least you got to spend it with your DD.
Oh and well done on the lottery win...you're a magnet for money at the moment, long may it continue :D
I must update my diary too. I'm enjoying reading yours too much :D
    Keep well hun.
