Have just listed 2 things on e-bay, an empty mobile phone box and a bottle of perfume. I've been reading the thread about the things people have sold and decided to give it a go.

Have had a lovely day off work, took mum around to do her business first then stopped off for lunch. Picked DD up from school then went into town and had some lovely plants for the garden. They were reasonably priced and quite well established. Have also bought some solar lights for the garden and put them in already. Just waiting for the weather to dry up now so I can get out there.

Absolutely no mail whatsoever today which is a real disappointment. Also got no watchers on my e-bay irems but it is early days yet.

Been up early today. Took cat to vets to have her stitches out. The plant for the rest of the day is the usual cleaning. Have already done one load of washing and just about to put another loan in. Cleaned the bathroom yesterday so I'm going to start with the kitchen and work my way through the house.

Bought some lovely plants from Wilkinsons yesterday, spent £25 and had a large rhododendrum, 2 lots of grasses and 3 rose bushes. Have got them on the patio at the moment and the plan is to get some more this week ready for the bank holiday weekend where I will try and get out the garden (weather permitting).

Main hasn't arrived yet but I'm hopinf there'll be something nice there (Halifax cheque comes to mind). Not sold anything else on Amazon and not got any watchers on my e-bay items. I may try and have a look around to see what else I can list today. I'm sure there's something here!

Off to tackle the kitchen now but will pop back in a bit to catch up.

I've been out in the garden today and it makes me feel much brighter. Have mowed half my lawn (lawnmower broke and had to used strimmer, lawn huge so not done too badly). Have put down my weed control matting, put the weed killer on a few weeks ago so now its all ready for the stones/bark whatever I decide to put down. Didn't put my plants in though as I need to do some weeding and get some compost, but I've made a start.

Still no watchers or bids on e-bay, got 6 items listed at the moment and hoping that I'll manage to get shot of some of it

Am I aching today. The garden killed me. Won't be out there today as it's rainig here for a change! Kids going with ex today so I've got a few hours of freedom which I will spend doing all the jobs I didn't get round to doing yesterday and baking some bread for tea.

Not sold diddly squit on Amazon this weekend and not even got any watchers on my e-bay items so my money-making for this weekend has failed!

Its annoying when sales go flat isnt it. One of my dvd box sets is now lowest price at a reasonable price so hoping that will go ASAP.

When do your items finish on ebay? Dizzy said its the last day that gets most interest.

I listed some items on Friday and some yesterday. Have just found some in-line skates under the stairs that are too small for DS. May also list them.

I'm not very patient, that's my trouble. Have also just listed the book I've finished reading onto Amazon so I've been a busy little bee.

Have had quite a productive day today. Ex brought the kids back after only an hour and a quarter as the weather wasn't great and he didn't have a lot of money..... He's spent the afternoon here, playing on the video games with the kids whilst I've managed to get lots done. Have baked some bread, cleanerd the floors downstairs and even been through the freezer to see what I can muster up for meals this week. I've not done any shopping this weekend as I really want to get rid of some of the older stuff in the cupboard and freezer. Have cooked some mini quiches which I'll have for lunch tomorrow along with some homemade bread and some coleslaw and also defrosted some mince for spag bol for tea. That's tomorrow sorted.

Think I'll take the meal planning day by day and see what I can use up. Payday Wednesday but I don't use any of this money as it covers the DD's so it doesn't feel very much like payday for me.

Am going to make a special effort to pop into the supermarket one day this week and get the ingredients for Wendy's hobnobs, they sound lovely.

Just checked e-bay and I've got a watcher. Really hope they're going to buy! only going to make me a few quid but it's a start.
