    Thank you, I will do so. I made sure it was signed for I know they received it.

    They've closed the claim with a colleague that she has ignored for months, however seem to be keen on chasing me - so seems they pick and choose who they chase for some reason.

    You only need to get a certificate of posting when you send your "reminder".

    As "beamerguy" said, this is simply to show the court how unreasonable UKCPS are and that you should be awarded costs.
