When you refer to costs do you mean time spent fighting them / time it would take out of work / postage fees etc?
Both See the post by LOC123. She suggested it be sent prior to a hearing but there is no reason why it cannot be started much earlier on and revised / increased as the process continues. A large part of the PPC scam is the escalating costs. Time to return the favour.

Thank you - appreciate your advice on this one. I have requested for my boards to be merged.
I'll call the court next month to find out if they have paid. The witness is due on 1st March you are correct.0 -

Hello all,
I have now received another letter from UKCPS with an opportunity to settle the outstanding parking charge (second settlement letter now, they ignored my last reply to their last one).
They have stated within the letter that if payment is not made before 14th Feb the offer will be retracted and the case will progress to a full hearing in county court.
They have also enclosed images of the vehicle parked in situ, along with images of the signs which I have previously disputed as they atrocious to try and read (image of the sign can be found in this thread)
How should I progress with it? They ignored my last 'drop charges' letter.
Thank you in advance.0 -
They are not awfully good at court, read some of these

Just read a few of them, seems judges aren't a fan of the wording on their signs either.
Do I ignore them and go to court or send another drop claim letter??0 -
Send them a copy of your last drop claim letter and remind them that you are still waiting for a response.Gemmalouise25 wrote: »

Yes I agree ^^^.... remind them, a court will not take
kindly to correspondence being ignored
UKCPS, just like all the other PPC's
are ignorant and often behave like children
and even babies, throwing their toys from their pram0
