Truthfully, I couldn't even read the copy on the sign and I don't wear glasses so can't blame poor eyesite.
I genuinely don't know how they can legally post such awful signage?0 -
The usual format for dealing with these are
1. Panic
2. Rant
3. Get stuck in and write those letters
4. Repeat 1 - 3 as often as necessary to show you are not a push over. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Yes, provided anyone trying to view it can stand on their head to be able to read. Please rotate it through 90° anti-clockwise.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

They have issued me with country court statements now though, does this still apply? Going to get another letter posted out first class to UKCPS.0

Does what still apply?
What are you going to write about?0 -
The letter process.
I am sending my court forms off today declining mediation as per recommendation. It asks why I don't think mediation is appropriate - what should I say?
sorry for the dumb questions, I never thought they'd chase like that0 -

Hello,
As per advice on here I refused mitigation and also wrote UKCPS a 'drop claim' letter, to which they never responded. I have now received a notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing) which is mid March.
It states that the claimant (UKCPS) must pay £25 court fees by 4pm on 15 February or the case will be struck out.
I was asked when I get my court date to post on here for assistance, is anyone able to help with next steps please? It will be much appreciated.
Thanks0
