    I suppose it's just a concern as the house we have offered on was at a very good price and if that falls through then it's highly likely we wont even be able to find a house like that round here ...

    Will ask them to do that ..just looked on rightmove and there are 4 2 beds up for sale one is a total fixer upper ( we know the house ) and it is in the middle of nowhere !( might appeal to some ) and on for just under 200k another for 225k which is on a busy road, then another for 250k but that is a semi so understandable , and ours for 222,500 which is in need of a new kitchen and yes has offset garden and downstairs bathroom, but we have been told this can be moved upstairs without a problem and could go as far as getting planning permission for this if it helped ..I really do think this house has so much potential and it's a really lovely area ..hard to convey that to a buyer though as i am certain they will make up their own mind on that one ?

    Anyway going to sort out the loft next weekend and hope to get rid of all the 'stuff' that is there in a bid to move the 'stuff' down here ( not much left tbh )

    Really seriously buying a kitchen in the sales though ..everyone tells me i would be crazy to do this though ..do you think it's really just the EA not selling the home properly ?

    I'm surprised the vendors have accepted your offer when you aren't proceedable. Have they taken their home off the market?

    No, they took it off for 2 weeks but have since put it on but we have in writing the offer was accepted ...

    Sadly for you that doesn't mean anything and you have to hope you sell before anybody proceedable offers on it too. Good luck!
