I can't work out why you say the garden is offset since there is obviously a building with windows in it looking out onto the garden?0

I agree with those saying that you need to have a floor plan and a plan showing how the garden works. Since tit is described as having an off set back garden that begs the question of what there is outside your back door? Or where your garden is in respect to the house.
I also agree that you need to declutter for the photos and for any viewings.
In the living room, I'd suggest removing he guitars, the ?medals hanging on the wall, the ornaments on/round the fireplace and the things stuck on the mirror, and the grey thing tucked behind the TV. also any trailling wires.
Because of the style of your chairs, the dining table isn't obvious as a table - experiment with how it looks - could you borrow some different chairs, or lay the table with a cloth and place settings, so it is more obviously a dining area?
If you can remove the desk altogether so that the room is 'dressed' as living space not an office, then do that (if necessary, have a folding table you can work at, but can shove in the garage or the back of your car, for viewings).
If you can't then consider how you can disguise the desk/work area for photos and viewings. Could you stack the computer etc under the desk, have a large tablecloth over it and out a fruit bowl on it so it looks like a sideboard or table rather than a desk, for instance?
In the kitchen, I'd remove all the stuff which is stuck to the fridge, and would also remove things like the water bottle so the surfaces are as uncluttered as possible. Re-take the pictures so they don't show such huge expanses of ceiling.
Bed ! (pics 9 & 10) remove all the visible clothes on rails - they make the room look really cramped and suggest that there is not enough storage space. If you have to put them all in vaccuum bags in and put them into the car every time you have a viewing, do that (also consider what you've got in the wardrobes you haven't worn in the last year o so, and donate or dispose of it!)Clear off the clutter from the top o the wardrobe and take the raindow thing off the end of the bed.
Are the bright blue square draws canvas? Could you recover them in something in a pale, neutral colour ?
What is hanging to the right of the window? If it is a curtain tie back, then use it, if not, remove it. I'd also add a couple more pillows to the bed.
Bed 2 (pic. 14) Take everything of the walls except (possibly) the posters, and put them in frames or hangers. Give the whole room a coat of paint if you can. remove the hoop and whatever is on the floor under it, at last for the photos and any viewings. Consider a different duvet set (or a throw) for the viewings and photos - maybe something in a plain colour - blue or red could work to pick up on the colours in the Captain America poster while making the room look less cramped and 'busy'
Replace the lampshade with a larger, neutral one.
Bathroom - for pictures I would remove most of the products you have stacked up on the sink and shower. Think about how a hotel bathroom looks when you walk in and aim for that - minimal, matching products, and not too many of them. If you can remove most for viewings do that as well. Remove the tub from the top of the bathroom cabinet.
I personally would also go for plain towels rather than patterned, of you have them
Fianlly, get the agents to order the photos more logically - from the description, it sounds as though your bathroom is downstairs. If that is the cae, then why are the photos of it wedged between those of the bedrooms? (if not, get them to change the description so it is clearer!) Similarly, why are the kitchen, living room and garden ones all jumbled up?
This is particularly important since you don't have a floor plan, but is good practice anyway.
Good luck. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0

Make the beds neatly and dress them. Extra pillows, a nice throw etc.
Sorry if it's harsh but the bedroom looks studenty and it's an easy fix.Officially in a clique of idiots0

I'd agree with the comments about floorplan, and maybe plot too. I always quickly go past houses that don't have a floorplan and when your home layout is 'quirky', in particular if you consider that quirkiness to be an asset, you need to be explaining / using it to drive the sale.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0

My big worry is pictures 4 and 14 show other buildings with windows directly opening onto your garden. That would be a show stopper for me.
Put up a fence between your front garden and next door.
A plot layout drawing would explain what the offset garden is all about and what the overlooking buildings are.
Where is the picture of the back of your house? Again that would make sense of it.
Personally I would not worry about the clutter, I can see through that, but then again some buyers can't.
 EDIT:
Just re read it. So that "barn / shed" is YOURS, not a neighbour overlooking your garden. Tell us more, that might be a good workshop / store room and might make big difference. You need to sell that feature, explain what it is how big it is and photograph it inside.0

Plastering isn’t necessarily that expensive we had two ceilings done for £275 (really really tall ceilings and massive room) and made huge difference and was down in day.0
