So therefore you win. You are deciding effectively what goes on the forums and what don't. See if someone post about a pizza parlour like I did. And gets the replies like I did (rude) They don't come back.

Hi. I am saying they are great too. What I am meaning is often here these companies cause a lot of complaint posts. I don't have anything bad to say, so I would't post then go on to a post from someone with a vent and say I think the company is great. Which is a bit like what is happening here to me.

The forum is for praise, vents and warnings; not p, v and w but only one allowed per thread.

Nobody is boycotting Pizza Hut just because of your one bad experience. Nobody is disputing that you had very bad service, and nobody is disputing that you are allowed to come here to vent, but calling for everyone to boycott a company, one that many of us have only ever had good experiences of, is taking your venting too far.

And there is nothing wrong with somebody posting a praise on somebody else’s warning post if they have had good service and feel that praise is deserved. Same as you could start a thread about how amazing a company is and people are entitled to come along and add their vents to the thread.

Okay dokay. I don't really have anything much to say back to you.

    BUT

To all the other people out there, don't let people here intimidate you. You will get help at some point cause there are nice people on here.

Pizzahut, overprice, overrated food. Use a local Pizza company, don't be mugged by Pizzahut, get better, cheaper food and better service.

People haven't been rude - they've just pointed out that your request that others should boycott Pizza Hut based on your single poor experience is disproportionate and irrational.

I had to wait 5 minutes in the checkout queue at Tescos yesterday - everyone should boycott Tescos!
Marks and Spencer have changed their apple and cider sauce from jars to pouches, decreased the size but increased the proportionate price by 50% - everyone should boycott Marks and Spencer!

See how silly your boycott request looks now? Maybe mull it over whilst you munch on current takeaway of choice.

Yes they have. They've said things that they wouldn't have the b*lls to say in person. It shows the mentality of MSE at the moment.

No. You look silly. If the refund desk at M&S told you have to post your bank statement/credit card statement in order to get a refund, then is this reasonable????? COME ON. Cut me some slack.

Difference being you didn't go to a customer service desk, you made a phone call. They asked for proof of payment before issuing a refund - the same as any seller would do ...including M&S. You want the refund without the hassle of posting your statement then go into the branch - if they deliver to your address it must be reasonably close.
