I suspect you are not new to these boards.
Anyhoo I don’t really like pizza, but I’ll boycott huts if that helps.

Hi. Thanks for that. It does help actually.

If someone comes on here and complains about YODEL, HERMES or VERY.CO.UK or whatever else, I would never come on here and say I think they are great and have never had a problem.

    It's praise vent and warnings.

Just be helpful. Like the way the forums were intended.

I don't get this POLLYCAT. So this forum should be closed down then? Are we not allowed to VENT?

Are you sure you've read that post correctly?

    Why wouldn't you?
There's 2 sides to every story.
Just because one person has an issue with a company, it doesn't mean that they are rubbish and should be boycotted.
If I read a bad account about a company and I'd used them before and had satisfactory service, why wouldn't I say so?
    To me, that's being helpful.

My Hermes courier is great. :D

Hi. I am saying they are great too. What I am meaning is often here these companies cause a lot of complaint posts. I don't have anything bad to say, so I would't post then go on to a post from someone with a vent and say I think the company is great. Which is a bit like what is happening here to me.

No, of course the forum shouldn't be closed down.

But I don't think it should be a place where a poster should feel it is appropriate to exhort other posters into boycotting a company just because they've had a bad experience either.

Do you really feel that that is fair?

You didn't just VENT, did you?
You posted that we 'must read this and boycott PIZZA HUT'.

Sorry what you are quoting was to hollyday.

You must let people vent though pollycat. You don't dig them up, what is actually happening to me.

I think we should give the op a break.
Yes, he was annoyed, yes he had some reason to be, perhaps boycott seems strong and he should have left that out. But it’s pretty crap customer service and I’d have dealt with that differently .

    I've not stopped you venting.
Just pointed out that asking people to boycott Pizza hut because of your experience is over the top.

I agree & made a similar point about Pizzahut's customer service back on page 1.
