Thanks! I wasn't sure how picky they would be.

From my experience I find them the least picky :D
Hope you find it the same.

FUEL granola back on Shopmium. Same as last time, can claim £1 back on each of 3 varieties and up to 9 times each too. Two varieties still £2.98 at A comparing to £2 at M so works out at less than £1 a box. I bought 9 of each last time but looks like I can buy same over again & have a few apgs to use up :-)

Doing well for a No Spend Day!
I've claimed £11.62 from a games site I've used for years.. everyday stuff like solitaire!

Another £10 voucher claimed from C0nsumer Pulse.

'Friend' finally sent me the £6.50 she owed me:j:j

And, (grammatically I know you shouldn't start a sentence with 'and') but those peeps at Oxford now say it's ok!

... As I was saying. And, before my holls, I thought I must get that Halifobs Clarity card that Mr Martin keeps telling us to do. Wasn't as simple as I thought it would be as my original, ordinary Halifobs card/account had never had my identity verified. Never mind, sorted and used on holiday. On return saw posts from our leader :money::money:to say, get that card and and get £20 cash back. B@gger I thought, after all these years you did it to soon!

Logged in today that I have been credited with £20 anyway:j:j

Plus BF has given me a big bag of rhubarb, what to do, crumble, jam or rhubarb and ginger gin/vodka?

I really need a no spend day or several - the most OMG almighty credit card bill is going through tomorrow and I have yet to grit my teeth and do the transfer of the money from savings into the current account
(holiday final payment, put off a month by paying with the credit card and at least I get some Hilton Honours points as compensation)
Trying to have an "eat down the fridge and freezer" week but still we end up in a supermarket every afternoon ..

In the frozen fridges in Sainsburys tonight they has put all of their own brand pizzas in one section and all reduced to clear - I think they were all 38p - thick, thin and various sizes and varieties - good as bases anyway with more peppers, red onions and cheese on top.

Probably just changing the box designs.

There was also an empty shelf with a RTC red label for 50p for some version of carte dor but I've no idea what version it was ..much scrabbling amongst the shelves to see if I could spot something different to the rest but no joy

At least I got the free cider but inevitably our store didn't have the Arla milk or the exotic flavoured split pots

I've just had a convo with tm on instagram about a baked potato diet :rotfl::rotfl:

This thread always comes back to baked potatoes :eek:

Having been a serial dieter all my life and having done loads of diets I am now doing Low Carb/Keto. I did Slimming World years ago and it worked great but that was in the Red and Green Days time but only worked the first time. I then did Weight Watchers but couldnt get on with it. Then Cambridge and that worked great.
Back in 2013 I did Cambridge again and lost 3.5 stone. Its a great diet but its keeping it off after thats a problem as your hunger gets switched back on.
Last couple of years weight has been going up and down by a stone. In January I joined a Low Carb/ Keto thread on fb and have lost 12lbs. I have mostly stuck to it with a few meals out and birthdays and if I cheat I get back to it straightaway.
I eat a lot of eggs, cheese, butter, meat salad cauliflower berries, low cal jelly and cream. I buy something called Lavash bread to make wraps and pizza and make a fat heavy cheese sauce for caluliflower cheese. Just had 4 days in Nice on holiday and ate everything I wanted ( chips cake pasta etc )
Back to it today and basically I dont consider it a diet anymore but as the Americans call it a WOE ( way of eating )
My cholesterol is about 4.8, my digestion is great ( I suffer from IBS ) and I feel great. I adapt recipes so OH and I can basically eat the same things.
I would reccomend Low Carb to anyone.

    Here's my thoughts for what it's worth:D

Eat a balanced diet.....less refined, plenty fruit and veg, do some exercise and have treats now and then.

Burn off more calories than you eat and you should be fine:)

    And plenty jacket potatoes:rotfl:

Do we think only the 2 flavours are still working....chocolate and fruit?
