:T well done on your loss dusty! They all count.:)Had to take the car in for service this morning and have ended up putting a deposit on a new one!!! Picking up next Monday.
Denise
Ooooh! How exciting. Lucky you.:)
How was the Gardeners' pie?I'm the same not writing everything down, just the 'title' of the mealI don't always write what veg as it depends what I find when I get to the kitchen x
I use the menu I type on here as my food diary in a way so it helps me to make sure I've got enough Speed. Since I slipped above target range I now also keep a notebook with every syn written down as I'd got a bit lazy and doing too much guestimating.
I popped into Tesco last night looking for sliced rye bread but although it's on website they didn't have any. I'll keep looking. I'm going to and evening WI tonight but undecided whether to go back to my very original consultant (who now only does evenings) or as it'll be a holiday gain whether to go somewhere else where I can be anonymous.;)
Floor is finished so now have access to the kitchen again. Yesterday I managed with just some fruit at lunchtime and my pub dinner was syn free except for a bit of salad dressing (and the wine of course:D).
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soupAustrian ham hash (carrots, mushrooms, onion, leeks, celery) with cauli, broccoli and kale
Syns: 3 syns for cheese on hash (that'll be the start of my syn bank for the week).0 -
Maman - thegardeners pie was really tasty. I've still got one more portion in the freezer for another meal! When I make it again I will stir fry the veg longer than the website says as the veg was definitely undercooked first time round. Was much better today in that respect. Will try to have the final portion on a Green day so I don't have to syn the cheese!!!
If you've got to do an evening group anyway you might as well go to your original consultant. It really doesn't matter that it'll be a gain, after all you've been on holiday and it's expected really.

Today
Breakfast was shreddies and a banana. HeB
Lunch JP spicy wedges, fried mushrooms and tomatoes.
Dinner will be whatever daughter decides. Either some savoury mince I have in the freezer, a fish pie or a mushroom risotto. They all will have some syns but will be within allowance. (Yes there will be speed)
Snacks are apples or satsumas & HeA milk0 -

Thanks for the pie info. I'll give it a try.
I've decided to go to my usual consultant. I think I'm just cross with myself as she got me to target and I hate seeing her when I'm out of range.
My change of heart is because the group is opposite Asda and I need to fill up my car for tomorrow so being quite mse really.
Tomorrow I'm out at a meeting when lunch is provided. It's not really appropriate to take my own so fingers crossed it's more than sandwiches.0 -
Tonight's plan has changed from risotto to pasta. All ingredients measured out and it's going to come to 4.5 syns, which makes it 6 in total for today.Zebras rock0

Delighted to say I only gained a pound so that makes 2 above range.
It could be that holiday hasn't caught up yet or maybe my good weeks before I went caught up at last.
Not much SW news other than beware of hideous numbers of syns in food at Christmas markets. I had a lovely reception from my consultant. Apparently I was her first ever diamond member (didn't know that before) so she's very proud of me.:)0 -
+3lb god damn it! Why is it so easy to put it on but so hard to get it off!? I shall just consider this a maintain over the past 2 weeks
Have been back on it today after being out last night. Have Friday and Saturday nights out this week but I need to stay firm and only have those 2 meals out and not let it creep across all weekend meals!
Today:
B: Skinny latte Greek style muller light with raspberries and apple
L:chicken salad with some potato salad (sw chilled) and a pearSW paella with added peppers and mushrooms
Snack: 1/2 banana
Not had healthy extras or syns yet. Treat plate with The Apprentice later!

Evening everyone.
Couldn't face the bran flakes at 6.30am after all so just had them for 'pudding' with yoghurt rasps and honey as usual. Pleased to say they did what they're meant to!
Changed tea tonight as had a lot of speedy chilli left from the night before so had it over frylight fried potatoes, green beans and a sprinkle of cheese as I've only had a little milk today. Total syns today - Alpen light 3, mayo on salad 1, honey 1. Think that'll be it for today.
Tomorrow
B Alpen Light and banana
L Ham sandwich with 2 small slices wholemeal and a salad, yoghurt and fruit
D not sure yet - poss the stir fry abandoned from today.
Maman I love rye bread - it's sold widely where I live (Polish community here for many years) - I might get some when I next go shopping. Would Tesco not slice a loaf for you? I know they do in our local and in Morrisons.
All the best.0
