Sounds like you have a good plan for dealing with the Trafford Centre Valm.

    My plan for today:
Breakfast in bed - porridge and fruit
Lunch - HM soup that was in the freezer
Dinner - HM chilli that was in the freezer

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
Syns - there will definitely be some

I am resting as I've been told. Just glad as I have meals in the freezer.

Sadly, it went to pot. We went to Nando's but couldn't resist chips. Didn't have a Starbucks and did do over 120000 steps so not bad. The amount of alcohol I consumed last night wasn't good though. Not going to beat myself up, it was one day. Back on plan today.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Afternoon all. Lovely day here, very cold but bright and sunny. We've had a good long walk this morning.

Food yesterday as per menu with the addition of a satsuma. I wasn't happy with the smell of the stewing beef when I'd defrosted it so change of tea today. Today's plan is:
B Bran flakes, rasps 0% yoghurt and honey
L Last of the campfire stew, tried a Broghie (not keen)2 satsumas and Aldi free lemon yoghurt
D Sausage (aldi reduced fat, 1.5 syns each)and mash, leeks, carrots and cauli, syns for gravy
    HEA milk
Syns should be around 9, more if I have Yorkshire puds!

    Have a good Sunday everyone.
