    Hi.

Just popping in to ask if anyone has any suggestions for using several tubs of the muller mint yogurt?

I bought 8 of them on offer because I normally love mint choc chip but they're truly absolutely horrible :(

Too sweet and artificial tasting and no chocolate flavour at all (I couldn't even get the OH to have more than a spoonful) but I hate wasting food.

    Thanks in advance :D

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

    Evening all
Just a quick post before bed. It’s been a long old day and god only knows how I’ve managed to stay on plan! I’ve made the decision to go off plan on Wednesday and Thursday so I can enjoy my graduation celebrations- I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to this stage and I don’t want to be picking at a salad when everyone else is eating yummy food to celebrate. Back on plan Friday though. Booking a holiday for next week and hopefully then I can pull it back- always managed to in the past.

    Today’s menu:
B: HEXB HiFi x 2, Apple, 2 x easy peelers, decaf coffee with HEXA
L: Subway salad (1.5 for dressing)
T: Tesco Sweet chilli chicken and noodle salad (4) spinach and egg pot, duck sushi taster (1) Sunbites popcorn (4) M&S count on us yoghurt, water, decaf Americano with HEXA
S: Aldi lamb rogan josh (1.5) rice, salad, Fab lolly (4) decaf tea with HEXA
    Syns: 16
    Steps: 7.5k
    Night all xxx
