    Brilliant, mary, Tete and hollowhead.

    Glad you’re feeling a bit better, Mrs_R.

    Enjoy your birthday, esmy.

That was a fab NSV, gts.

    Hi, sarah69696pink and Sephs.

bubbs, I’ll never see 50 (or 60) again! Happy day to you.

    Today started well.

I was at hairdresser today and with travelling and the potions I need it’s a 3hr+ event. I thought about picking up a sandwich for lunch, but I remembered yesterday’s debacle, felt I was still ok and not at the ‘sugar’ stage so I got home and made my planned noodles and chicken etc. :A Then I set out to clear up my craft room as grandson will be sleeping on the sofa bed tomorrow. I did really well too – so well that I did not allow time to cook tonight’s dinner; to be precise I had a half hour to do a recipe that needed to cook for two and a half hours! Oops! Brain like Swiss cheese again. Couldn’t delay tea as DH needed it early as he was going out. Result was we had a take away. ☹ DH thought he’d done well by getting me a chicken tikka kebab with pitta bread (I ate one and left the other) instead of the bacon cheeseburger and chips he got for himself. Usually a take away is a curry shared between us! Oh well, the thought was there, I suppose.

    Evening all
Better day today. Actually managed to get out today, was lovely to get some fresh air after not leaving the house for two days. Still a little bit congested but nothing major. Went to the bingo and then did a bit of shopping. Got to go and buy OH a shirt for my graduation tomorrow- wish me luck, I think i’ll need it :D
    Today’s menu:
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi bars, easy peeler, decaf coffee with HEXA s/s
L: Mediterranean chicken salad (4.5) Sushi (1.5) easy peeler, popcorn (4) water
T: SW ham and mushroom farfalle ready meal, tender stem broccoli, green beans, sugarsnap peas, sprouts. Fab lolly (4) Vimto Zero
    S: popcorn (4)
    Syns: 18
    Steps: 7948
I really need to try harder to cut my syns back a bit. I’m now into the bracket where my syns will drop to 15 soon and so I need to be a bit more disciplined with myself :D

    Happy Birthday Bubbs!

Nicely on plan today and syn free so far so am going to enjoy some chocolate in a bit!
B: 1/4 watermelon and some ham
L: Soup made with carrots, onions, stock, cumin and coriander; a satsuma and a muller light
D: Cottage pie with kale on the side. Hubby made chips in the actifry but I chose not to have any and save myself 3 syns so just had half a plate of kale.

Still got HEA and HEB to use and all my syns so will have hot chocolate with hifi bars and chocolate .
Have done my 10,000 steps for today too.

Had to pop and get petrol on the way home so stopped in to get dinners for the weekend and as hubby has his lunches sorted we should be safe to stay in! He's my main downfall as he likes to eat out at the weekend so hopefully I've saved myself there. We will then go for our main food shop on Monday after work so will have weekend to properly plan for next week.
