I had an unexpected syn free (or should that read gin free;)) Friday yesterday so syn bank balance is looking good.
That may be just as well as I thought I'd try the Aldi Slimfree curry today and although reputed (by Aldi) to be syn free the calculator says different (but the calculator says that SW meals aren't free either). The ingredients don't seem to have anything to account for syns though just onion, tomato, red pepper and spices and chicken. I'm going to play safe and keep some syns in the bank at the end of the week just in case although I think it's just SW being difficult because they don't want Aldi undercutting them.
Added to that DH decided he needed porage today as he's out all morning and will have a late lunch. As I'm trying to lose rather than my usual maintain I'm counting extra syns for a larger than HEB portion.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: tuna salad, 2 satsumas (at football)
chicken tikka, pilau, SW chips, extra mushrooms
Syns: porage 6, syrup 2, gin?0 -
[STRIKE]Morning![/STRIKE] Afternoon! I stopped to eat brunch half way through:rotfl:
Yesterday's meals went as planned and I managed to have a few satsumas, a banana and 2 syns for 2 party rings!
today will be:
Brunch : full english, syn free!
Tea: chicken breast with wedges and hm coleslaw (1-2syns for lighter than light mayo)
Snacks: satsumas, grapes banana
He B: 2 hifi bars
He A milk for teas
Will probably have 2syns worth of chocolate options too
Hope all are well!

Happy Birthday for yesterday Bubbs - hope you got spoiled rotten.
Well WI today & STS which was ok after thursday. Going out tonight for meal as a treat for our friends wedding anniversary so today will probably be very much off plan.
Going to get back straight on it tomorrow though as I've got a difficult time (as we no doubt all have) in the run up to Christmas so will need to be focused.
Have a good day folks0 -
