Happy Birthday bubbs. What are you up to this evening? Something exciting I hope.
Did my shopping in my newly refurbished Aldi. It's very smart indeed but things have moved around so it felt strange. It was really cold in there too, probably from all the chillers. I'm sure I'll get used to it. I bought one of the slim meals chicken curries to try as a change from the Lamb Rogan Josh.
It's been lovely and sunny here too denise. Enjoy your last few days of holiday.:)0 -
Happy birthday bubbs
Well done to the nominees and winners of mr/s slinky.
I can't remember who said they'd saw someone who they hadn't seen a while but they realised they'd lost weight but it's a huge achievement.
I've not had a bad week on the diet bar a fair few go stoppers and 2 bags of popcorn at work (I think half my syns were at work this week, will be cutting it back). Got the dog on my knee as p hates fireworks, yet is the noisest thing on the planet most days.
Today I've had
Breakfast: 2 hexb weetabix, hexa milk, Apple
Dinner: jacket potato, rest of cheese allowance, beans
Tea: probably will have a ham salad possibly but might cook it with veg
I normally have some large mushrooms in from lidl, 4 are I think 79p from lidl, 6 pack of small cheese from home bargains and a tomato pur!e from lidl at 34p I think but that makes a reasonably cheap meal. Often add their potted garlic too as I'm fed up of having a cold in my back:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
