34+5 and total weight gain so far is 12lbs exactly. I don't know where this massive bump has come from but I'm happy with that!
I've decided I will start hardcore SW the day after my/her six week check up as I will, all being well, be able to start serious body magic then too. I work better with defined dates and boundaries.
At the moment, I'm loosely on plan.
B/D - Bacon, sausage, egg and hashbrown sandwich (1.5) and a lot of fruit (shopping day tomorrow so clearing out the fruit drawer!)
T - Roast beef, roast potatoes, mash, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, cabbage, broccoli and onion gravy (2 syns for Yorkshires)
Other syns TBA, probably some kind of chocolate bar later, I have a few medium sized ones in...0 -
Agree with maman, TIE, it’s bl00dy inconsiderate not to have taken your needs into account - it’s not like you’re being fussy for goodness sake!
Had what should have been my last WI of 2017 today and had a -1 lb so 1.5lbs to 4.5 stones. Can’t make up mind to weigh in during the week - Wednesday is the latest I could do it - or leave it now until 2018. I’m 50/50.
Tonight is a defrosted spag Bol with a my obligatory 2 glasses of wine and I may push the boat out and have a vodka as well.....don’t I live the exciting life lol0 -
L - BBQ ribs; corn on the cob - think that's probably all my syns for today!
D - jacket potato, beans, salad (if I need anything after the ribs:rotfl:)
HEA - milk
HEB - no idea yet
Syns - 15?
Denise
Just looked up the syns for the ribs - 18 syns for 2 ribs:eek::eek:; there was also a couple of syns for sugar in the rub that DH made, but I made syn free BBQ sauce - so 20 syns today!
After yesterday's high syn day as well I've got 53 syns to last from tomorrow until Wednesday, so about 12 syns a day so should be fine. Will stick to pastis or g&t and not have any more wine until after WI on Thursday morning.

Well done on your loss! :T
Whether to WI or not depends on what you've got on this week. If you've got any Christmas meals out then I'd give it a miss. If you're in control, it would be great to have a shiny.
I do hope the ribs are worth the syns denise . Enjoy!
I've had a successful afternoon pottering in the kitchen and listening to the radio. I've made a big pot of Delia's braised red cabbage and will portion that up tomorrow. I made swede and carrot mash and did 3 sides of that. Then I made my pigs in blankets for Christmas Day. I decided to use my usual BGTY sausages and twisted them in half. So half a syn each. Soup's on the hob ready for warming before I go out.
Not seen greentiger lately. :hello:if you're lurking.0 -

Evening all.
Very snowy where I live and nothing a mile down the road - the joy of living high up! More forecast for tomorrow so if I'm confined to quarters I'm going to check out whats in the freezer and have a cooking/food prep day.
Out for tea in the end yesterday and had meatballs with penne in arrabatia sauce and a couple of drinks so aiming to keep syns low for the rest of the week.
Todays menu
B Scrambled egg with 2 small slices of wholemeal toast
L JP cottage cheese and salad
D SW fish and chips
Snacks Fruit
Syns - 3 for olive spread, 1/2 LTLmayo, breadcrumbs for fish 2
Tomorrow
B Bran flakes etc
Rest of meals depends on what I turn up from the freezer. I've got a cauli so might make soup for lunch, but a smaller quantity than last time I made it - I seemed to be eating it forever!0 -

Busy day today. Ordered the Xmas Asda delivery- left it a bit late so it’s coming between 7pm-9pm on the 22nd. One hundred and flipping fifty two quid   that’s stuff for me and OH for the week- OH has decided to delegate the catering for the entire week to me- charming
I slept until 12.15 this afternoon- that was two weeks of lack of sleep catching me up but I felt much better when I got up. No snow as yet but the house is well stocked with food- we’re rural and high up here so we get cut off when there’s heavy snow. TiE- that’s awful that they had no food for you! I’ve eaten at some odd times today so today’s menu isn’t great.
B: HEXB bran flakes with 200ml of HEXA and a satsuma. Decaf coffee with remainder of HEXA.
S: Walkers cheese and onion crisps (6.5) water, 2 advent calendar chocs (4)
L: Ham salad
T: Dublin coddle (from Food Glorious Food book- 1.5 syns for sausages) broccoli, carrots, sugar snaps, baby corn, peas. Quark with raspberries and 2 x Highlights (4 syns) NAS Vimto remix
S: Chicken drumsticks, can of Budweiser alcohol free (3.5)
Syns: 19.5

Just got back from dancing. I'm allowing a fairly generous 10 syns for what I ate: a small onion bhaji, a few tiny cocktail sausages, a couple of pieces of quiche ( mostly left the pastry) and all the rest was veg or fruit. No wine syns:eek:,. Just having a cup of tea before bed.
Glad you enjoyed the ribs denise . It's so worth it when you enjoy them.
Back on plan now until the next time......0
