Decided to have a change of menu for dinner. I'm feeling very lazy so picked up a YS Just Cook meal from Sainsbury's. It's chicken breasts in a sundried tomato pesto which I've worked out as 2 syns, so probably less than the gravy I'd planned.
They had 5% mince YS too so I bought a few packs. I keep forgetting that I'm running down my freezer.:o
Wine syns still 25% off too.:D0 -

Hi all. Hope you are all keeping warm - it's snowing here now.
-3lb (over two weeks) for me :-)
I need to sit down and plan the weeks menus later but I think for today;
B: Muller light yoghurt
L: Cheese salad sandwich (HEA & HEB)Beef casserole (swede, carrots, leeks, onions, potatoes with 5% fat beef)
Snacks: Clementines (on my 4th crateful now!)
Syns: 2 finger kitkat (5.5 syns)0 -
Very cold here but not snowing thankfully. DH had to scrape the windscreen this morning and leaving on the coast we don't usually get frosts!
Today's plan is high syn so no alcohol today:eek:
B - mushroom omelette
L - BBQ ribs; corn on the cob - think that's probably all my syns for today!
D - jacket potato, beans, salad (if I need anything after the ribs:rotfl:)
HEA - milk
HEB - no idea yet
Syns - 15?

Well done losers, hugs to those in need :A
WI with STS, not been a bad week just had advent chocolate each day
Hubby back for weekend then off again on Monday. His training is a breeze so hopefully will start proper soon
.
I finished my signing course this week so next week will be less stressful I hope!
This week hasn’t been too bad but I did end up with massive bruise on my leg from being kicked . Head & SENCO ended up doing the restraining though as I needed time to myself to stave off panic attack
Roll on end of term!
Staff do last night, I didn’t go as nothing gluten free. Bit annoyed if I’m honest as in this day and age something could have been arranged. Staff organiser couldn’t be bothered
Oh well! Needed to be home for hubby anyway
Oh and on the body image front, I still get a buzz walking past a full length mirror in shops. Even after all this time at target I still dont quiet believe its me in the mirror :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

:T well done on your losses poohsticks.
It seems to be working for you but, to me, you don't seem to eat much food in a day. Have you cut back on portion size since starting SW?:)
That's a disgrace that they didn't organise any gluten free food for you tie. I'm amazed you stay in that workplace. Glad to hear that Mr tie's course is going well.:)
Fancy no gin in Nando's ssm. Unbelievable!
I'm out for a Christmas dance tonight. It's one of those bring your own dish for the buffet occasions so what there is to eat is anyone's guess. I'm taking some SW friendly cornichons! My plan is to have a bowl of soup before I go so that I won't be too hungry and hope there are plenty of veg sticks and pieces of fruit available. I've offered to drive so there wont be any wine syns involved.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried potato, mushrooms, beetrootsoup and buffet food
Syns: tba0
