    FF plain yogurt isn't that synful if you really enjoy it ssm. Check it out.:) Or if you let me know your favourite brand I'll look it up.

    It's a bit fiddly on my phone bubbs , but I reckon picky tea could be about 70 syns. That leaves some for the rest of the week if you wanted a little treat. But I think ssm is right, it will come good eventually. I took weeks and weeks to lose the last few pounds to target.

    maman, thanks for the offer. I am not having FF plain yoghurt because of the muller offer. I will revert back when this stops x

    I think bubbs' weekly picky tea boosts her weight loss, she only has a few lbs to go before she is at Mr Bubbs ideal weight. :D:D:D:D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
