Hi everyone. I gained 1/2LB at class on Friday morning. Only 1 more weigh in until I go away so that wasn't really what I wanted.
I've been ill all weekend. A horrid cold with a nasty, chesty cough which has made me feel completely rubbish. Very weak and pathetic.
    Off to drink my lemsip.
Hope you feel better soon x
    Hiya all

Got stuck at work for 2 days so ended up having a whole pizza and some garlic bread so was dreading today. Might show up next week mind. But happy to say

    -2lbs

Mums lost 3lbs and nearly shouted boots down when she saw. Mind you she's doing well as she bought 2 black currant cakes and I told her to give them to the dog, so mo had some and I think the rest went in the bin. She tried to tempt me sometimes :/ not giving in though.

Well done to the losers btw. Some impressive losses. Looking forwards to seeing the percentage total tomorrow. Keep going the sts etc. We're in it for the long hall. Getting there though :)

I think when it's coming to target it will slow down. Are you doing some body magic too, even if it's just going for a walk?
:T:T:T well done, i clean houses for a living think that counts as bodymagic

Away in the motorhome for a few days so will be good when I can and careful when I can't. Today's OK as we ate before we left home and have bought food with us for lunch and dinner. Also haven't bought any wine so no wine syns. Have bought spirits but at least they are lower syns.

    Today's plan

    B - bacon and mushroom sandwich (HEB + 3)
L - butternut squash and red pepper soup
D - spanish rice with chorizo and chicken (5 syns)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - butter 2, brown sauce 1, chorizo 2.5
May have a drink or 2 tonight if I fancy it

    Denise

Have a nice few days x

:T chris, dawyldthing and nicki. Those are really good losses!

Have a good break denise. Glad you're feeling well enough this week.:)

I've been ever so good today. We went to the cinema and the film was only available at an odd time (1pm) so I took something to eat. The only grab and go syn free food I had was some cold roast potatoes and a chicken drumstick. A bit weird but it was dark so nobody noticed (I hope).:o I'll plan next time but we're busy this week so spur of the moment decision.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk for drinks
    L: chicken, potatoes
D: chicken stir fry (mushrooms, peppers, spring onions, cabbage, carrots, courgette, sugar snaps) with noodles and SW chips
Syns: 2.5 for xtra bread, honey in stir fry 2?

I just read that as battered egg = egg in batter! :rotfl:

Do you really use 105 syns for picky tea? The average Domino's is about 50 for a whole pizza. What else do you have? :D

Not a minimum but a target for each day rather than the 15, mainly because people often guesstimate syns - particularly things like your HEA milk or cheese or gin, wine etc.
