Change of plan for dinner tonight! The chicken wasn't defrosted enough so now having to be roasted tonight; DH is going to BBQ it (fortunately we have one with a lid so can just use it outside the back door without him getting wet).

I'll roast the potatoes & veg in the Remoska which will save putting the big oven on.

Only ate one of the baked oat muffins for breakfast so will have the other one after dinner for pudding.

Morning sickness has really kicked in :( trying to eat little and often!

B: heB(+2 syns) wm toast with 1 scrambled egg and 1/3 tin of tinned tomatoes (2syns for flora light)

    hifi bar (3)

That's a VERY long time ago! :rotfl:

Had JP in the pub with an odd choice of chicken and mayo topping so a couple of syns for that. Chicken was delicious though. I expected some pre cooked bits but tasted like freshly grilled breast.

I really enjoyed my food today.

    Breakfast: cup of tea
Lunch: rump steak, jacket potato, peas, mushroom (8 syns for butter)
Dinner: salad, pasta in bacon, mushroom and pea sauce (3 syns)

HEA milk, no HEB yet but have had lots of fibre today with the baked spud and all the veg.

I've got 20 syns left to last 2 days which seems more do-able now than when I had my two gourmet days out at the beginning of the week.

I've signed back up for reformer pilates starting on Tuesday so hopefully that will help with inch loss before too long though it doesn't do much to burn calories off. And I have a work Christmas lunch to navigate next week but if I can find a way not to drink and stick to Diet Coke that might be ok
