And as a “financially savvy” company they should know what the terms and conditions are before they start recommending an offer to people.0 -

I am afraid my interpretation of the above is the same as many on this thread.
Each action needs to be completed in each of the first two months for the certificate to be sent in the third statement month.
A couple of commas would have helped to make it clear to all though, I do concede.0
