Might seem an odd question, but what happens to your money?lucky77 said:
I used this site a while ago for an extra direct debit and it counted. I recall it being fairly straightforward to set up and also to cancel at a later date.bluehydrangeas said:Hello all. I was wondering if anyone has used a site called Small Direct Debit? If I set up 2 DDs with them, would they count for the current Santander and TSB switching offers respectively? I think it just goes towards the cost of running the website and payment processing services etc.vixen1500 said:

I'd be more concerned about what happens to your personal and financial data - can you really trust the assurances on the website?vixen1500 said:

Sprive might be of interest to mortgage holders desperate for an extra DD. £13 cashback via TCB, too. I have not used this myself as I have no need for new DD facilities, and have not researched it. DYOR0

I seem to remember they did re-enable it once when I contacted customer services, the next time they denied it was possible to re-enable it. I kinda gave up, but a different customer service agent might have done it too.flykiller said:I've Barclays and NatWest linked. Both worked fine , one per week on each account for about 3 weeks. Personally, if I was in need of direct debits, I would look at charities/credit unions and the like. I believe these are all registered and regulated, but I cannot see anything like a firm reference number on that small DD sitevixen1500 said:

I would use plum - money can be transferred straight back and you can set the amount and frequency, plus stop at any time. Personally I just transfer £2 once per month, then just transfer it straight back - so you only risk that money for a couple of days (even though they are regulated etc) . Natwest require minimum of £2 each month, others vary.ForumUser7 said:

Seems like this small DD company has just been set up to make money off all those people who set up DD's with them.

Is there a new post with the upto date list?FYI, just yesterday got a letter from Britannia Savings (part of co-op) that they are moving all savings to co-op bank select access saver account and DD will cease. Co-op select access saver account do not accept funding via DD. I have 2 saver accounts and was using for DD, with this I will be losing 2 DDs0
