Savings accounts accepting DD's

Lol, why are folk not using Paypal F&F? Register your card, make a F&F DD to a friend, partner, etc. for 1p. Using this method at the moment to fill up my RBS Digital Saver with round ups but it will work with other stuff too. My new TSB card will be used in the same way to cash in the monthly 5er cash back.0

You don't need to involve a 3rd party, just take a DD from one of your accounts

Actually I just thought of a cheaper individual item. Loose onions are 65p a kilo which makes one onion about 10p! So that'll be 5 individual onions bought on my TSB card each month lol!I am fully aware that this thread is about Savings accounts accepting DD's and not small multiple spending via Debit-card. But anyway just want to pass my opinion. In my personal opinion people take it spending multiple times by Debit card too far, forgetting the time you need to spend.to get the reward. You could buy one piece of lose items such as onions, potatoes, carrot, chillies, wall nuts, cashew nuts, etc. However keep in mind you will still to weight and pay for each item individually in the self check in. You might be attracting suspicion or getting involved in argument with the self check in counter assistants as they could see that you still have item on your basket. Another one you might be missing is the benefit of bulk purchasing.Similarly, buying 1p stamp in the post office might annoy the post office staffs. Also you have not counted your time to go to the post office and queue. Everyone is different and this is just my personal opinion. In my personal opinion buying 10p amazon gift cards, then add them to your own amazon account is more doable. Alternatively might be with 1p send to friend using PayPal, have not tried this one myself though.
