  • Got the hang of making the dough in the BM now....just need some inspiration for toppings. Most adventurous so far has been dolcelatte and walnut. More ideas would be very welcome....

    I like fruit with meat. Apart from ham and pineapple, you could use peach slices with ham or chicken, or apricots instead.

    How about thinking of your favourite meals and trying a combination of those flavours? I make a wicked mexican chicken dish with sultanas, oranges and banana in it. Spice up your bits of chicken with paprika and other sweet pices and add some fruit of choice.

    How about curried pizzas? You could marinate assorted meats in spices and add - prawns, chicken, lamb. You could serve the pizza with a side order of raita and mango chutney :D

    I'm a veggie & I top my pizzas with any sort of cheese I have in the fridge, mexican, spicy cheese is always good. I use sweetcorn, courgette, onions, peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, sundried tomatoes, jalapenos, dried chilli flakes, tabasco, bacos (bacon flavoured chips), quorn "ham", garlic sauce, garlic flakes.

    Strips of leftover roast duck and a dribble of plum sauce is nice :drool:
    Chicken cooked with cajun seasonings with pineapple, mushrooms and chopped chilli.
    Cheese and banana.

    We make our own version of the Pizza Express Veneziana.

    We add sultanas/raisins, pine nuts, black olives, onion, capers, mushrooms. We add other veg like sliced peppers or jalapinos etc.

    Goats cheese is nice on pizzas too.
    May all your dots fall silently to the ground.

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
    We have tomato puree, sprinkle it with dried basil, then add chopped up bacon, frozen sweetcorn and motzerella cheese, my children love it!!!! I also sometimes add pieces of cooked chicken, chopped up ham or pieces of tinned pineapple!!!!
