  • Morning PF :) hugs to you ziggy x

    argh I am peed off with an ebay buy. I got a dyson vacuum (for dd for xmas) and it isn't as was described at all! It hasn't even got the proper vacuuming attachment and is dirty and a part is broken! I've lodged a complaint and the person has come back and said they won't refund the postage, £20! Got to contact ebay to escalate...

    things for today:

    * load of washing in. Will do another to make most of dryer ;)
    * All meals from stores
    * having a "love in" with madam today. So she is in the driving seat :) Not sure what she wants to do so it may or may not be a NSD
    * knit - I finished the first stage of the heel yesterday so now joining it back up today :)
    * list 2 things on fleabay
    * bake banana bread to use up brown bananas
    * continue listening to new audio book
    * check work email - pay day tomorrow and I will be getting a small payrise :)

    That's all. Have a great day guys x

    Hi October-Uber-Savers

    I've awoken to rain, but DW and I will still be going out shopping on foot.

    Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Three:

    * Check online banking.

    * Keeping an eye on Broadband Allowance.

    * Get some free exercise by walking later.

    * Shop locally without the car. We'll take the 'Ferrari" a.k.a. the wife's shopping trolley to tow everything home. I have been doing well at preparing healthy packed lunches for work.

    * Reconciled finances.

    * Drop into library.

    * Wrapped in a blanket instead of turning the heating on.

    * Drying out a box of tissues that accidentally got wet on the radiator.

    Onwards and upwards.

    Free pizza?

    Dr Oetker Ristorante Facebook page. The frozen pizza firm is giving away pizzas over the next four weeks.

    The voucher can be used to get a pizza worth £2.50 All you have to do is visit its Facebook page and click on the "message" button.

    You'll then be asked a series of questions about your type of pizza.

    The Dr Oetker "chatbot" then finds your perfect pizza and sends you a link where you can claim a voucher.

    To claim the voucher you'll need to fill in your name and email address and then it will be emailed to you.

    Morning all!

    Yesterday's list fell to the wayside, weather, shopping and a few other bits means I didn't get half as much done as I wanted to! So an updated list for today (not too long - I don't want to get ahead of myself!)

    - Post eBay parcels
    - Dry washing (any way I can with this weather!!)
    - Book club tonight, my turn to choose the book so I must remember to take it with me!
    - List old books on eBay - I can list 87 more items this month, I'm not sure I have that many things! :D
    - Take meat out of the freezer for tea - DONE

    Busy day planned for tomorrow, but a plus is I can drop DD off at nursery in the morning with nothing and forget about her for the day - they're having a Halloween party so lunch is provided & she's going dressed up!

    DNMS, I'm sure you know this but if you open an SNAD they have no choice but to pay for the return postage. If they don't accept then eBay will either send you a postage label and charge them or refund and tell you to keep it anyway.

    Today I will either be:

    Visiting a local posh gift/card shop for some feedback and hopefully sales.

    or

    Going into the BIG town to snap job ads (lots of people advertising for Christmas staff, La E!) but I want to find free parking to maximise what I make out of doing it.

    Maybe I can even do both?

    Bathroom needs cleaning.

    More washing in.

    Another dishwasher load.

    Defrost some rolls to put some posh YS fishcakes in later.

    Have a good day all :)
