Ok so I've started to gain weight this week, been eating junk since I got out of hospital - think eating 2 sharing size galaxy bars back-to-back kind of bad. I made some burgers at home and ate 3 lol.

Going to try and really control the food this week, need to eat 1700 calories a day, 160g protein min a day. Not really feeling dry chicken all week, but gotta be done. Back to the 4 litres of water also..

I had an issue with the post office lady today, she asked what I was returning, "clothes", she then asked if the appliance was turned off, followed by does it contain batteries? I couldn't help myself ended up saying "no wonder you work here" and "when was the last time you bought batteries for your clothes?" At the time walked out laughing, but my conscience seems to have a delay, been feeling guilty all day, need to control my mouth don't want any worse karma than I already have lol.

EDIT: was not my clothes, was doing housemate a favour returning them :)

  • Great news that the car is back, Id be lost without the use of mine.
Im sure getting back in a routine with the gym and your eating you'll soon be back on track and getting the results you're after.
I'm very similar when it comes to saying exactly what you're thinking. It's got me in trouble on more than one occasion! But in your defense the post office woman asked a stupid question, why would clothes have batteries lol
Hope today is a good day

Yeah stupid woman lol. I’m just sick of silly people around me if I’m honest. :)

Feeling motivated today to get the debts down, if I didn’t have debt I would literally be rolling in money right now. Once my debt is gone my whole lifestyle is going to change in such a huge way, also when I factor in promotions over the next 4/5 years (as long as it takes to pay this debt off), at the end of it I will be really cash rich lol. So looking forward very much to that day!

  • I'm definitely finding that doing my diary is keeping me motivated to pay off the debts. I cant wait to see all the spare money i will have and actually use it in a sensible way, rather than being so frivolous.
Hope today is a good day

Managed to get away from work early today so will make some lunch at home.

Passed my ex on the way home, she was basically hinting we could sleep together but not be official or anything. It’s funny because she could never do that she’s so emotional, but man I was so tempted to do it just to be a !!!!!. Held back though, trying to be mr nice guy, would have been fun to have played her around though given all her crazy antics I won’t lie.

I’m so hungry but there’s a team of builders downstairs the landlord thought I didn’t need to know about. Hope they leave soon!

  • December is going to be a really difficult month, but I want to get £1000 towards the debts. I am only budgeting for the essentials, like petrol to get home and basic food. Any enjoyment, someone else can pay for haha, e.g. I will go up to see family for a few days.

Oh my god, just been crying my eyes out like where is all my money, how did I get so broke? I can't cope... Then realised I had put 320 for tube travel on the budget, it's more like £120. OHMYGOD, I knew it wasn't right that I had basically no money left but likewise as I had started a new budget I just assumed I had something logged wrong before. I literally just wanted to die in that moment, my hearts recovering now lol.

  • Its scary to finally face the debts and realize how frivolous we have been with money.Mine has me in tears far too often! Being really strict for a while will mean you will be debt free sooner and im sure will give you a better sense of peace and wellbeing.
