YAY - nice to have someone new on board. I was naughty tonight I ate out with a friend, I shouldn't have done, but I haven't seen this girl in a few weeks and if I'm honest I've always been attracted to her - so when she asked to catch up I couldn't resist. I have the runs, stuck on the toilet. I swear it’s because my body doesn’t know how to handle normal food anymore, all I’ve eaten is chicken broccoli and salad since starting this blog lol. McDonald’s, sausage rolls, followed by a meal out has baffled my body. My stomach feels like a solid rock... ahhhh man.

GP has nothing for over a week, which sucks. I can’t eat or drink anything, just laying in my bed feeling sorry for myself going to loo every 3 seconds lol. I’m gonna waste away you won’t be able to see me by Sunday, all my gains are gonna go I will be like a weed walking around. Needless to say I’m so sad right now. Oh camz, you do sound sad!
A few people at my work have had this kinda bug recently (which I'm sure yours is, not just different food!)... The good news is it seems to have been short lived. To be fair, I am sure the Dr's wouldn't be able to much for you... unless it lasts for a few days. Just make sure you don't get too dehydrated (not easy I know) but tiny little sips of water should get absorbed by your body before passing through!
