Not at all, the delivery was signed unchecked. They were meant to deliver on the Monday, they phoned from the depot to say the driver was ill, quote 'I could cancel and go elsewhere'. Really? I think the person at the depot was upset.
The driver then turns up, unloads the first bulk bag, then believes he's completed the delivery, We had to remind him that we ordered two, the second one was unloaded, he was aware that it was contaminated.
Having wasted a day on monday, we had no choice but to use it. That's why we took pictures.0
