Less than you'll spend taking this to court?
I don't need anybody to agree with me.
I expect it to be resolved before court.0 -
Yes, how many hours / days do you think it will take?
10-15 minutes at most, also I thought you said it was a premium product, when you said it cost £450 I would have agreed as I asssumed it was just the one bag but if that’s for 3 at only £150 a bag it’s only low to mid range even with the B&Q highly inflated prices.0 -

It would take more then 10 - 15 minutes. Hosing it would more than likely spread the cross contamination (sand) to other White Spar. It is a premium product. I've stated the number of bulk bags, others have asked how much was spent and I've given a total figure, £450.0 -

I agree with the OP, as long as it doesnt wash off
I would have the hose out first though, before complaining.
If, after washing it still looks like the OPs pic rather than the pic on B and Q website there is an issue IMO0 -

It really shouldn’t take any longer unless you are trickling one dropper at a time. If you can’t do it in that time maybe you also need a lesson in how to use a hosepipe? How are you going to cope after a windy day blows dust and dirt onto it in the future? What about things like Monday when most of the country got covered in dust from the Sahara? We’ve already had to wash the cars and windows and sweep the paving to get rid of it, how will you keep your decorative stones clean in the future?
And no it’s not a premium product, it’s budget to mid range.
These are the premium products at over £450 per bag, £150 a bag is cheap.

You’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of time on this. In just the time you spent posting on here you could have washed the dirt off the stones.0 -

I agree there is a problem if it won’t wash off but so far OP seems reluctant to try or even believe it will work. All it will then take is to scoop out the small affected area of the one bag and B&Q can probably replace that small amount with one of their individual 10kg packs not swapping an entire tonne sack.0 -

The point is that I should have an acceptable product that I can maintain from day one, one free from cross contamination by another product.
Also there are other similar products in your links for a lot less,0 -
Firstly not in the white and secondly, yes of course there are cheaper products but they will be lower quality hence the more expensive one being the premium product which just goes to show that your one wasn’t premium.0
