Run completed before lunch, was going to wait but I saw the forecasted rain so shot out while I could.
Pup is doing well on his run lead, he only has little legs so I'm worried about running him too far, but he trotted along nicely. I don't think I'll take him over 4 miles for a bit thou, he was flagging a little come the end.

WM x 2 has been on and hung.
DW on but not yet emptied.

Just waiting on BF to get home, then I will s&s kitchen while cooking tea. A simple seasoned roasted chicken breast with rice and veg.

In honour of GBBO tonight, Himself has made pizza from scratch for the first time. Apart from it being a strange dark brown colour and his wittering away that the base isn't like the [strike]muck[/strike] ones you get from the freezer section (because it has some flavour? He seems concerned that it's supposed to be like the ones I refuse to eat, for some reason), it was definitely edible. Which is a start.

I'm too scared to look in the kitchen.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Internet finally restored after the delightful hurricane Ophelia knocked us out last night. Still no landline. Small chicken coop, (which is very heavy) was thrown around like something out of the Wizard of Oz and smashed into a thousand pieces. Luckily no hens inside.

Cue desperate rescue mission to gather up all the girls and get them into the big chicken house. Slightly concerned that it was a potential kite as it's raised right above the flood water levels, but was still in place this morning.

Fence panels down. Wheelie bin half-way to Sussex; contents strewn all across the drive/road/field. Stable window blown out and shattered glass all over.

Today it was calm and hot. WT actual F is going on with the weather?

I'm tired and grumpy. The good news is the boys and I passed our dental check ups with flying colours :T

    Is it wine o'clock?
  • Hi all

Busy here. Two lots of paid stuff today, gym class, helped DS with college work in exchange for him making tea. House reasonably tidy, will run the hoover around tomorrow.

Glad the flying is working for you mademoiselle. It really does make a difference just doing a little every day. Off to pack my gym bag for morning and head off to bed.
