Thanks for the above link, I have got a totally legit copy of office 13, and have it installed on windows 7 on my computer, I also have windows 10 pro on same computer dual boot, but not certain if I can activate office 13 on there, as its a one pc licence, ok its the same pc but I think it is unlikely to work.
At those prices do you think office 16 is legit?
Thanks0 -
That's exactly how I bought Office last week. MS had no issues verifying the product key.0 -
£3.50 from ebay apparentlyhttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MS-Office-Pro-Plus-2016-license-key-and-download-link-/292291289115?epid=1444658366&hash=item440deb201b:g:tscAAOSw8-xZ25BS
This yearly 365 scheme is an unnecessary cash cow, but like $1000 mobiles whos batteries only last about 2-ish years and can't be easily swapped.0 -

Well I got and just installed that one seemed to go ok and activated, so thanks for that, but £3.50 for a Microsoft product, if it seems too good to be true..........
But I'm not complaining at least yet!
Thanks0 -
these cheap keys are usually OEM versions of office from PCs usually companies that dont need it any longer and so throw away the PC with the office licence.
This means whilst it should work fine "for life" on your PC, if you were to use it on a new PC or if you change the motherboard for example office wont work anymore. you will need to get it reactivated which maybe a pain, but it shouldnt be too much of a problem.0 -
I use the official Office Online at
https://products.office.com/en-gb/office-online/documents-spreadsheets-presentations-office-online
Free but you do it all online. No installation on your pc and accesed by any device once you are logged into it.0 -

Oh come on, really?
It "might" be a legitimate key that microsoft will accept but lets not pretend that its all above board and wholly legal.0 -
I may be bucking the trend here, but I think Office 365 is actually quite good value for what you get.0

it is actually. as long as the seller "sells" the motherboard (which they actually do but not actually deliver) with the OEM it is perfectly legal.0 -
Thanks so much you guys, love you techno geeks0
