But where can you buy a wii in the first place? I'd love to find somewhere selling it for a non rip off price, but as soon as anywhere gets any in, they are gone!

Go to www.amazon.de then click on the 'hilfe' button top right, scroll down the page and on the left hand side there's a link to the help in english. This gives comprehensive instructions on how to order. I ordered mine and received it in 2 days, cheaper than anywhere else, with an extra years guarantee. All you need is a two to three pin adaptor (like an electric razor adaptor)0 -
Hi If anyone knows where to get the wii console I would be grateful of any advice?? I ordered one from freemans and they took my money from my bank then sent me an email saying delivery would be in 76 days.So I ordered one from studio and they said it would be delivered in 28 days now they say I might not recieve it as they are having trouble with their suppliers,I really dont want to buy off ebay and pay £50.00 or more over the odds0

Why don't you read this thread - you don't have to go back very far!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

What's the cheapest place to get a nunchuk?0

No you don't, but it has a fabulous picture viewer - so much better than using a PC - and for that alone I'd recommend everyone gets a 2GB card (the max size it will take), which will only cost about £10. (If you have a cameraphone that takes mini- or micro-sd then buy one of those if it comes with an adaptor.) Stuff the card with your holiday snaps (and/or MP3s) and bore your friends to death. Do not get a Wii-branded card - they are exactly the same as any other but you pay more for the label.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
Found some stock of Wii Play, albeit with an end November delivery but still in time for Christmas. £37 including delivery for one.

I liked Raving Rabbits , it is designed at children but bits like smaking rabbits over the head with a shovel and pulling worms out of people gums seemed a little much for kids.
It is a fun game to do though, hopefully they'll like it and not be scared. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
Hi
I have just got myself a free Wii, my mobile phone contract with virgin was up and the deals that they were offering were pitiful, so i shopped around, i have got an 18month contract (which is fast becoming the norm) £35 a month new samsung G600 plus a free wii. there are different deals around at the moment where you can get the sports games included it just depends on whether you want a specific phone.
check out onestopphoneshop.co.uk you can also choose from xboxes and ds lites - they have other offers too.
i should be getting it in the next 5 weeks in time for christmas.lleigh:A0 -

Got mine from Amazon.de (Germany). Took 5 days to be delivered. No problems at all.
Amazon.de (Germany) almost always seem to have them in stock for just under 250euro (about £170). Shipping to the UK is 6 euro

If your German isn't so good - the website template is identical to the Amazon UK site, so use that for a reference.
Hope that helps
