    Why are people paying so much for Wii Play?

    Its only £27 at Virginmegastores complete with the controller and you can also get another 10% off that price making it £24.30

    Why are people paying almost double for this item?

    <surprised>

    the only issue with virgin megastores is their very slow despatchs and so u maybe paying extra but u may not get it this side of xmas!!:rolleyes:

    Can anyone tell me whats best way to connect the wii to a LCD HD tv 40". I wondered whether a compenent cable is best

    Yes, it's the best way (provided the TV will do 480P), but it's cheaper from eBay.

    My Wii should be on its way very soon!

    Just need to know what games are worth purchasing/playing now?

    Ive already put an order in for Wii Play from Virgin Megastore at £27 minus 10% discount brings it to £24.30 which seems VERY reasonable - people are buying this on ebay for over £40 an item!

    Wii Big Brain Academy might be another game im considering - any others guys?

    Lee

    Hello,

    We love Big Brain Academy. We have two boys age 5 & 8 - they love it and so do we. They are actually really good at it. Our 8 year old loves to compete against the console on some of the games. The 'Group' games are better.

    We also all love the Wii Play games. I think they are better than the Sport ones. The Wii Play games are also really competative if you have 2 remotes.

    By the way, I managed to get a Wii Play with a remote from Sainsburys. There were none out, but I asked and the Assistant said they had some in the back, so always worth asking, especially at places that are not that obvious, with them being in short supply!
