Wunferrell don't be so angry. Britain is leaving the EU. You don't need to worry about the EU. You need to concentrate on Britain and what is and will happen to Britain during the next few years.
Try using the glasses maybe because there's no anger in my post.
Those that must resort to derogatory terminology as you do with "quittlings" deserve to have the error of their ways pointing out to them since there is obviously no reasonable argument you can use instead, hence the resorting to insult that you need to use so often.
Ask mayonnaise who seems very eager to help out those less-able.
Oh and whether or not either you or I concentrate on Britain will make no difference, you do realise that?

Psst - the referendum campaign is finished. The campaign's over and we're leaving the EU.

    You wouldn't think so.......:o
Yes, yes, yes, yes. In addition every day since June 2016 around boardroom and kitchen tables decisions have been made by Company's and family's that are and will be damaging to Britain.

This is good news. Why? Because they have proved that they can actually work together for the first time on the whole Brexit thing.

It's politics meeting reality. In the final analysis, they are there to serve us, not the other way around.

We have been in the club 40 years, so taking a few years to adjust to a new reality is not that big a deal.

Plus...it finally gives the EU the room to push for the United States of Europe, which people like Schulz have long been striving for. I for one wish them well if they think it's the right thing for them.

The UK was never going to buy into that kind of vision. Sometimes you have to realize that we are different from the rest of Europe. Our strong ties to the USA and our commonwealth history see to that.

Finally, I hope Mrs May is allowed a few nights good sleep. It's still a job at the end of the day, and she does look stressed out.

I really don't know why you're hunting for this minutiae - it only annoys you and I bet half the time you'd struggle to explain why.
    What's that?
The sound of breaking glass, maybe? ;)
It's amazing how you imagine (incorrectly as usual) a knowledge of what annoys me.

What's more is that it is perfectly obvious just who is actually annoyed from the tone of your posts but never mind, I'm guessing you won't like this next bit that you no doubt imagine I have had to "hunt for" too - despite it being widely-available in UK media.

WARSAW (Reuters) - Polish lawmakers approved an overhaul of the judiciary on Friday, giving parliament de facto control over the selection of judges in defiance of the European Union.

I do think Schulz is right to think that the EU is at a crossroads right now, and he is in the camp which think much greater integration is the only way.

The UK has perhaps been lukewarm to the political aims of the EU project, but there is no doubting we have been very compliant and respectful of the rules (some would argue too much so).

Some of the newer entrants seem more willing to kick back at the central demands.

Maybe Schulz and co will get to issue a "put up or shut up" edict.

I now understand why a country like Norway pays handsomely to sit on the sidelines and watch it all unfold. A sense of detachment seems prudent.

To agree on wording acceptable to all. First of many pot holes to be navigated.

You actually think that the three key items agreed today would look the same if they had not had the focus on them they have had because of the phasing agreed by both sides in June 2017

    No I don’t.

But if they had done trade in parallel they would be further down the line overall and would be better placed to leverage their requirements on the other three against the trade deal.

Now they have had their day in the sun, agreed not much more than the UK would have given anyway, got no certainty on any of it and are now going to come under intense pressure to deliver what businesses want.

Surely one of the advantages of a divorce is it means you get to waste less headspace on an annoying ex?

Interesting that one of the EU's demands was for the UK to bare the cost of transfering the UK based agencies. An item that they've agreed to drop. As you say an annoying ex........
