I don't believe you in the slightest. I've visited cities with some of the largest concentration of Pakistani migrants (usually 2nd or 3rd generation) and outside of Asian supermarkets I see plenty of white faces and almost all of the conversation is in English.

The same for your local town. I don't believe you.

    it is the truth

Plus, you're talking about non-whites - can you tell me which EU states all the migrants are coming from that aren't white?

I was talking about mass immigration as a whole, not just the eu

Migrant birthrates are being migrants are more likely to have kids for whatever reason. If the reason was being in the UK the local birthrate would be higher.

You're also confirming that with the homeless statement that Migrants don't get houses, so that's also a myth.

also confirming that they expect to be given houses, and this was a single female
As for the infrastructure - that's 100% the fault of the local government. Nothing you've said here sounds like it'll be fixed by leaving the EU

the government cannot produce more water to cope with the growing populations needs.

What town or city near the Surrey/Hampshire border is that then?

Reading, not the centre where people shop, but go to the residential streets.

If we don't pay the money we owe then the EU will sue us in our own courts. The courts rely on law, not flag waving, to determine who should pay what. If we signed contracts to say we would pay then that is it.

    There's no contracts.

If there were then there would be no dispute/argument.

Article 50 made no provision for a member state leaving.

    Really?

    Ok

Today we are at point A

When we finally exit we will be at point B

    B - A = C

C is everything that is different.

    You could say that C = D + E - F + G - H if you really wanted to.

But C is still C which is the net difference between A and B

Anyone else want some primary school maths explaining to them?

What if A is an apple and B is a pear?

"A compromise has been reached" Juncker

Citizens - Europe citizens living in UK will have same rights. Same goes for UK citizens living in Europe. The devil will be in the detail, but you can carry on living where you are gfplux. What a relief that must be.

May.. no hard border, Good Friday agreement upheld. No barriers north, south, east or west.

Reaching this decision will allow businesses to make investment decisions. (May)

May.. doesn't mean NI will stay in single market. Will retain integrity of single market of UK.

Rights of EU citizens under UK courts. Role of European Court will be explained later by Barnier as too complicated to describe here.

    Press conference ended.

Text apparently now up on EU website if anyone wants to scrutinise.

TUSK... sufficient progress made. Recommend... start negotiating transition period. UK has requested transition period of 2 years. Wants to see UK continue to accept laws during this time. Needs to be agreed asap. These talks need to start immediately.

Need to start talks on future relations. Need more clarity on UK vision of what it wants. Close pshp on trade, security and foreign policy, with additional guidelines next year. Biggest challenge lay ahead. So much time given to easy part, we now in effect have less than a year for the hard part.

UK will need to agree to keep all EU law including new law as part of transition, so like efta for the two years.

I doubt there's any legal redress the EU can take if they are invited to 'go whistle'.

The government can be sued for breaking any contract, even if they are delivering the will of the people.

If there was a contract there wouldn't need to be a negotiation. The UK's financial commitments aren't contractual.

Negotiations happen all the time when breaking contracts. Some of the obligations are complex and nobody has a clear understanding of what the exact value is. To draw a line under it they have negotiated what both sides think the value is.

It sounds like you've never negotiated out of a contract before.

It's a bit woolly but looks like the first EU concession - they're taking the UK at her word.

Either Theresa May is lying and we'll implement a border between NI and the mainland or NI and Ireland, or she'll fail to deliver the border control that kippers triggered this mess for.

It's difficult to tell the most likely outcome, maybe she'll find a way to achieve all of them.

It's a bit woolly but looks like the first EU concession - they're taking the UK at her word. Unlike the financial settlement it's far from clear how this will be implemented.

The EU probably think if they push the UK any further the government will be in danger of collapse.
    Rubbish!
Far more likely is "The EU probably think if they push the UK any further then the UK would walk away saying 'no deal' " !
