    ^^+1^^ excellent idea.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok ...... so today i received a reply from CPM re my appeal.
Not only have they said NO they have slapped £40 onto the fine for responding outside of the 14 days.
It was sent on the 3/10 i received it on the 7/10 and posted recorded delivery my appeal 18/10. Was the 14 days working days? Also was i not supposed to be given some kind of appeal number?
They have said i can go to the IAS which they will engage with.

the IAS is the appeal option for the IPC members (not recommended)

the parking charge was always £100 , but was discounted for early payment

basically, these are sc@mmers that can say or do as they please

pointless appealing to the IAS, so we do not recommend it

you are now in IGNORE mode

come back if they issue an LBC or an MCOL within 6 years

BTW , these appeals are a paper excercise, they were never going to allow your appeal because there is no profit in allowing it, they just want your money , as much as they can get

I did mention all this on page 1 , posts 12 and 14

Yep, entirely predictable. It was never going to get cancelled this way.

Your best bet is to keep following up with Trading Standards etc. (shutters down - > parking -> shutters up -> photo and ticket) and with that evidence plus the shocking photo, no demarcation of the parking controlled zone etc. etc. you would hopefully win in court if it comes to that.

Worth a complaint to your MP as well.

    Making it to s hearing
    You losing
You failing to pay within 1 month

    Nothing else

Absolutely not! That decision is not binding on you. And don’t forget, if you pay this, Ian Brady will be getting part of it as his bonus for trapping you.

Please show us your IAS appeal and the reasons they [STRIKE]concocted[/STRIKE] gave in dismissing it.

Oh god, no, why would you pay?
The IAS were always going to reject your appeal. They are a byunch of crooks. It is a scam. There is no fair appeal at the IAS and you KNOW this
