Not sure if Yorks/Clydesdale will play that game! They were inundated the first time!

You don't think that OP has only read the beginning of this thread do you? Thread has morphed somewhat since then!

I never say it is just for Birmingham customers.
Everyone with their own right and own consideration. For some people traveling 2x2 hours just for the sake of £250 is not worthy.

Yes you did. Read your post again.

Now, go back to the original post. Thats the very first one. Read the bit that says "UPDATE"
Is it any clearer now ?

I related a similar thing quite a few posts back, it only appears to be a problem for internet (as opposed to B app) banking.

Yes, i did read it. You think that the offer is only for people who live in Birmingham. You are wrong. As per the UPDATE on the very first post, the offer was rolled out nationally some time ago. So, anyone in the UK, wherever they live, can apply for an account. Not just people in Birmingham.

I don't know which bit of this you don't understand ?

Well not if they want the £250, that's gone whether you're in Birmingham or Bolton.

I had an online chat with B Birmingham two days ago, she said no switching incentive from YB. Even for B Birmingham you will need to go to their branch in Birmingham. If you apply online you will not get switching incentive.

There is no link provided on the first post regarding YB £250 incentive nationally.

Also from YB link nothing mentioned about £250 switching incentive.
