Biopsy results are clear, blood test results are fine. So have cancelled my GP appointment tomorrow.

Sold a wall cupboard from the garage which was picked up earlier, a curtain pole yesterday, and hopefully someone is coming to pick up a huge, ugly, drawer unit tomorrow (I need to get the builders to take it apart with/for me and move it out of the way - I'll try to get the drawers out at least tonight). If I sell all that, it'll be a month's worth of muntjac covered :)

Electrician is here, hopefully he'll get the pump wired in and working. And he's confirmed that the space is fine for the inverter/battery move, that he can do it on Monday, and that the builders need to use fireboard for the partition. So I've let them know.

Glorious weather, so the waiting around combined with needing to work was a little irritating, but at least our walks have been nice. And the door to the garden is open for Stinky to go in and out.

Parcel for kids has been collected, and SIL's present ordered and on it's way. So need to look at my list and see what else I can get done in between attempting to use my brain. Although I'm considering making biscuits. Which I really don't need.

Brilliant news on the biopsy and test results.

As for the rest - how do you fit work in ????

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Furniture pick-up was a no show, but I've got another one that will hopefully turn up tomorrow.

I moved the spare fridge into the utility room, cleaned it up (including bleaching the seal), but the door doesn't seal particularly well. I've realised that it's probably about 25 years old, so if it doesn't work then I'll get rid of it and the dead DW by booking a bulky waste collection.

I dug up the ugly tulips that have annoyed me for the last couple of years yesterday. They're sitting in a bucket waiting to go in the garden waste bin. The garden is very dry, so I need to water the pots in a minute, and spend some time at the weekend in the veg plot as I clearly need to get the irrigation system set up properly (which will be challenging).

Builders are going to let me have some europallets (they burn most of their pallets in woodburners, but can't do those) which I can use for building compost bays. I just hope they'll do the DW swap and move the freezer into the workshop today as I really do need those sorted.

< KK waves radar antenna at builders for the shifting of DW and freezer moves … >

Well done for dealing with the visually intrusive tulips. I can cope with red tulips or yellow tulips (just, Mr KK loves them …. <sigh>) but both together destroys the look and feel of my garden and I can't bear it! 😉
